I highly recommend Tennessee Family Dental (Green Hills). Dr. Bobby McDonald and his entire team were awesome. Melissa did a great job cleaning my teeth. I have found my new Dental Home!!!!

Always a wonderful dental experience. Dr. O’Neill is professional and experienced. My appointments are quick and detailed. Very friendly Dr. with a lot of knowledge, you feel taken care of and looked after. I had three fillings and he was efficient with time and I had zero pain.

Dr Bobby is great. Explained exactly what was going on with my crown and referred me to a specialist . So glad to have someone who is honest and shoots you straight. Everytime I go there I come out feeling good. Great staff also!

Seriously such a great place. My last dentist caused me to have a lot of anxiety and I put off going to the dentist for years. Dr. Bobby, Brooke, Marina, and Melissa all are so professional, transparent, and welcoming! They make sure you are always comfortable and have taken great care of me. I had to get a root canal and it wasn't even an issue. I need to go back for a few more visits and the anxiety is gone! Thank you all so much!

They were able to get me in for a broken tooth within 24 hours and they did the temporary crown that day! Dr. Bobby was great and everything went off beautifully! Thank you!

Dr. Gill was referred to me by a family friend. They make getting dental care easy and convenient. They are always on time and everyone is friendly. Dr. Gill does a great job and I trust his work.

I recently had some work done by Dr. Bobby. Bring a natural redhead, it can be difficult to numb my teeth sufficiently for drilling. Like Dr. Gill, Dr. Bobby did a fantastic job the first try!

I could not be happier to have moved to Tennessee Family Dentistry in Green Hills. I have just completed a deep clean with their hygienist, Melissa. Without a doubt, this is the most thorough cleaning I have ever had! Melissa was very kind and patient with me as this is my least favorite thing to do! Been coming here for 10 years and never a bad experience! Friendly staff, they’ve seen be several times for same day emergencies and I’ve always had great results! I highly recommend!

Today was my first time at Tennessee Family Dental. There was a nice, welcoming environment. Melissa, my hygienist, was great and informed me on what I need to do each night to improve the health of my teeth. Dr. O’Neill was very nice as well! Looking forward to my follow up appointment.

I love TN Family Dental Green Hills. I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half. I drive from Kingston Springs because of the great people on staff. Theresa has been superb in making sure my insurance covers everything even adjusting my appointments “timing” to ensure I have the least out of pocket expense. Marina has been super pleasant to talk to as well.
All the hygienist are super careful and personable. And I respect how they don’t “speak” for the dentist but make sure the dentist makes the call for any concerns I have. Melissa has been my hygienist for the last two cleanings and has demonstrated nothing but kindness, empathy and shear professionalism. I now look forward to cleanings!!
Dr. Gill has been the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m about twenty years older than him and I feel he has the maturity and insights beyond his years. This really means a lot coming from a guy like me. I am one of those patients who have taken the bib off, got up and walked out of dental offices I didn’t feel comfortable in. Dr. Gil’s reasonable and ready to listen. He doesn’t fumble through equipment or look at his computer screen “listening” while he’s doing other task but he focuses on YOU and YOUR words and responds accordingly.
I’ve had a lot of dental work over the years and it’s fair to say it can be one of the most anxiety filled experiences. It can also be a bit awkward as it so personal and one fears they are being judged or criticized. But this dentist and staff have been exceptionally caring and reassuring.
So if you’re on the fence about changing dentist or just looking for something different you owe it to yourself to give this office a try. If you do you will see why I felt it important to write this review.

I LOVED my experience!! Everyone on the staff was real friendly. They were very thorough and talked me through each step. The office has a discount plan for those that don’t have insurance. The scans and X-rays were very fast. The staff puts the scans on a screen to explain anything they are doing. I had a lot of anxiety going in. And a huge sense of relief when I left ;) Highly Recommend!

Tennessee Family Dental in Green Hills is hands down the BEST dental experience I have ever had! They offer multiple services to make the dentist as pleasant and relaxing as possible. As someone who absolutely hates going to the dentist and avoided it for years, I love coming here. They are nonjudgmental and give helpful everyday advice in keeping your dental hygiene at its best!

Dr. Brad Gill is the best dentist that I’ve ever been to. As someone who had dental anxiety due to painful dental work in the past, I can honestly say that he exceeded every expectation and made the whole experience enjoyable. Not only does he have a kind and calming demeanor, he is very VERY skilled. When I had to have my numbing shots, I didn’t feel a thing, and I’ve never had a filling go so smoothly.

I’ve also never had a dentist treat me with more respect and care. He talked me through the procedure and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I appreciated his conservative treatment plan, and felt that he truly cared about my needs and was willing to work with me on a plan that made me feel comfortable. I can tell that he truly cares about his patients, and I feel that I’m in good hands. I personally was worried about exposing myself to x-rays as I was pregnant at the time and he took the time to explain all of the risks and benefits so that I could make an informed decision. I appreciated that he seemed to have my overall health in mind, and did not want to expose me to any undo risks with either medication or through his treatment.

He will be my dentist from now on, and I look forward to the next visit to his office! I can’t recommend this dentist enough!
