NewSpring Church

Go here! After visiting many churches in the area, which all were pretty wonderful, we kept being drawn back here. This is an update to a review I made more than a year ago. I am part of this church family now.

The “nots” 1. It’s not built around one pastor’s personality. 2. It’s not fake 3. It’s not undercover Christians.

The positives: 1. Preach the actual Bible! KidSpring safety/security and real Horry County Police onsite. The people are doing real charity work in the community that is effective! There’s a HUGE team of volunteers (it’s ridiculous how many people volunteer). This campus is directly tied to the greater NewSpring church, 12 other campuses and all its resources. This church extends grace, is filled with every age, ethnicity, and leaves judgment up to God.

Even if you’re just visiting town this is worth experiencing. The worship/tech team along with worship that glorifies God. Outward focused.

I’ve been involved with a number of churches but this one has staff that don’t hide from you when you see them in public. 😂😂 God is working in the Myrtle Beach NewSpring location. I still believe so many other churches in MB are also doing God’s work, however I think this one is where I and my family belong and I would urge everyone to come on down.

Welcoming place of worship whether visiting MB and looking for a place to worship one Sunday, or looking for a permanent church home. We visited several churches (and this area is super blessed to have so many wonderful houses of worship) We felt at home at NewSpring and got plugged in through Connect Classes. For every age, there are so many opportunities to serve and worship and grow here. Did I mention the worship band is amazing? *No ordinary family*

Best church IMO! Great place for kids, family, and adults. Special needs people are welcome and all of us sinners too.
No perfect people would like it here. Everyone is messed up and needs Jesus! Give us a try this Sunday. We address a lot of Elephants that are in the room. My daughter with CP and 7 year old son love to go to church every Sunday. Jesus is working miracles here y'all. Come celebrate Jesus and the Bible with us! You're invited!

This is the most amazing life changing place I have ever been, and I have been to many churches! My kids who are both elementary and high school age LOVE IT! They literally beg to go and My elementary school child asks every day if it's Sunday and my highschooler loves FUSE so much that my car is full of her friends wanting to check it out every single week!!!!!!!!!! This place has changed my life, not because of a building, or a staff or preacher (even though those are all great) but because the presence of God is in this place ever single time I am there. You have to check it out!

What an amazing church! I have never felt more love in any other church. I have learned so much about God and His word here, as well as how to practice what I learn. The people here are real, they aren't judgmental at all. Everyone is just down to earth and loving and willing to help each other however they can. This church doesn't claim to be perfect as far as I could tell. They just want to teach others all about God and serve Him the best they can. I encourage you to give this church a try if you are looking for a church or if you are visiting the area.

My wife and I visited there on vacation. We felt very welcomed and loved the atmosphere. We don't have children but went and looked at the kids facility. Let's just say it made us wish we were kids again! We would definitely attend there if we lived in Myrtle Beach!

Best church I've ever been to! The staff at the Myrtle Beach campus is so welcoming. They've taken time to get to know me and they genuinely care how things are going in my life. Newspring has become a second family to me.

Newspring changed my life. I cant even put into words how amazing this church is! Props to the staff that works in the nursery for the smaller babies. They are awesome and made us feel SO welcome! She will be going again tomorrow!

Been going here since the first of the year my daughter and I have gone thru connect..Love and cannot wait for every Sunday!! The Pastor's and Teaching Team are Fabulous and I'm loving all the series and learning more about the Bible and Jesus!! God Bless Newspring Church and it's No Ordinary Family!!?

Love this church! So diverse with wonderful music and bible teaching. Great children program and teen outreach. Your kid will actually want to come to church.

Great place to go and worship! This is a loving church. They teach you how to love one another, forgive one another, be tolerant, hold your peace, be patient, be hopeful, and be happy. I love my church. I recommend that you check this church out whenever you get the chance!

I love this church. Perry has a way of preaching the message that anyone can understand. He keeps your attention and leaves you wanting to hear more. I've learned more at New Spring than any other church. Everyone is welcome,

The staff at NewSpring gave my son an absolutely BEAUTIFUL baby dedication ceremony. Roxanne and Pastor Scooter are absolutely outstanding and went above and beyond for my family! Truly loving members in Christ!

Very friendly. First time guest are met before they even make it to the front doors. They informed us of everything going on the morning and helped us find what we needed. Great worship and sermon.

This church has changed my life completely!! My kids love it too. I got baptized with them last year and I’m so happy I found my “no ordinary” family 😊

Have only been today to Randy and Martha Batch's home today and was welcomed with open arms and hearts. The message of forgiveness was wonderfully spoken...and received lovingingly in their home. I'm thankful for the ministers and message shared today.

Great worship music!! What a powerful message they delivered last Sunday.

Such a great church. They keepnit clean and the lessons are great. The kids services are also very good and they make sure that the kids are well taken care of.
