Wescott Park

This is a beautiful, well-planned space. Two thousand+ acres of three regulation baseball/softball fields, practice fields, a dog park, picnic shelters, an adult workout equipment area, walking trails, and plenty of parking!
This would be a great place to hold an event, celebrate a birthday, or any type of gathering with friends & family, or a great way to spend an afternoon.
With abundant places to rest, plenty of green space, and restroom facilities nearby, this is a great community park!

I recently visited this park and had a wonderful experience. The park was well-maintained with lots of green grass and plenty of trees for shade. The playground equipment was fun and safe and there were plenty of benches and picnic tables for a nice lunch. The walking trail was beautiful with lots of plants. Overall, this park was a great place to spend the day and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing experience.

Such a cool park, especially for those who partake in little league baseball! These diamonds are very impressive, and replicate major league baseball parks! Very well kept, pretty, nice views and a great place to exercise, site see or just take a stroll! Enjoy

We love playing at this field. It is always clean and very well kept. Beautiful place to play ball and the playground is great for little siblings!

It is very beautiful here. Very peaceful and is my kids loved it here, especially there being two parks to play at. Lot's of fun.

Very easy accessible one. Have enough parking area with dog park. Borad walk and grounds are well maintained.

Great park, and not just for baseball! Walking path, playgrounds, and a dog park make this a great destination for everyone. Especially good for Pokemon Go - multiple Pokestops and a gym, all within close proximity. See you next Community Day!

Out door area is great for cook out etc, they need to send a cleaning crew by on Fridays to clean away dead bugs caterpillar spider webs n power wash the concrete floors tables n benches. Other wise nice area first com first serve if u Wana have a Lil cook out.

I go for the dog park - there's one for small/shy dogs and one for big dogs. Great walking trails, too. The playground is usually full, and they have batting cages.

I took the child I babysit here and he had a wonderful time playing on the baseball and glove shaped slides. Very pretty walking trail and fountain

I loved this park my daughter had an amazing time here plus there was no sand or dirt do she was able to keep clean.

this park is very nice. its kept clean and ncpd patrols through regularly. most of the park is open and well lit, though there are some nature trails and surroundings that are not lit and not visible from the rest of the park. there is a dog park,baseball training area, some running paths, picnic areas and probably some stuff I forgot.

Our oldest son attended baseball camp here this past summer and all 3 of our boys have played their machine pitch games there recently. Great ball fields. The concession area is really nice as are the restrooms. Great place to play ball! ⚾

We come here for the park and the baseball facilities. Always in great shape and very useful. The league seems busy too

Love that there are 2 separate areas, one for larger dogs and one for smaller dogs. The park is always clean and most of the dog owners that come there are very friendly and responsible. It is a great place to socialize my 2 small dogs.

This park is beautiful. I went there to see the eclipse of the sun but unfortunately it thunderstormed.

Great park, nice walking trails, large playground for children with a special swing that a parent and child can swing together on. There is a dog park, one for big dogs and one for small dogs. Plenty of picnic tables and also a volleyball court. Great place for cookouts, walking, or hanging out.

I went here for the first time with the children from our summer camp. We usually go to Gahagan Park but I wanted to take them to a different park for a change. When we pulled into Wescott Park, we all were amazed and blown away by how clean and beautiful everything is. The park is very well kept and men that work to keep the place clean are very nice and they even made sure that all of our kids at the opportunity to use the restroom before they started mopping the floor. It was an awesome experience, we're planning to go back tomorrow.

Great little baseball themed park. There are 2 playgrounds, a batting cage, and several paces to practice baseball skills. There is also a walking path, several shelters, and little dog park. It's usually pretty clean, and can be very active in the evenings because there are several pokestops at the park. Great place for an evening with the family.
