Was very nervous about using the CPAP machine. Katy made me feel at ease and explained everything to me in detail. Went in today because I could not get a hose to connect and they knew exactly what I had done wrong. We both had a good laugh and I was on my way. The machine will take me awhile to get use to, but she gave me great things to try today to help me. The company and their staff are great and provide you the support you need. Would definitely recommend this company.

Words can’t describe how excited I am to put my mask on and scare my family. 🤣 All jokes aside, Katy is awesome to work with. She is very knowledgeable and reassured me that I would have ongoing support if I had questions in the future too. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. I am a stay at home mom, so I had to bring my two small children and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and accomodating during our visit. I expressed all of my concerns and the staff was able to make me feel at ease. Their customer service is phenomenal. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs CPAP services!
