Called Mr. Rooter after needing to replace my water heater, my brother kept "forgetting" to help me. They came out within an hour, quoted me a price (HAPPY to pay the $95 service fee), and went straight to work! In the end, they waived the service fee! Very happy and will continue to use for all my plumbing needs!

Had a filling toilet tank that only released water if I flushed each time it threatened to overflow. Mr. Rooter took my call right away without placing me on hold. They suggested a quick temp fix to prevent flooding until they could make the service call. The tech arrived as promised, had the part, and got it fixed in about 10 minutes. Very relieved & pleased with the good service!

Very prompt and courteous service from Lauren (office staff) and Tyler (technician).
Tyler is very knowledgeable in the installation of the water heater. All questions were answered and he made sure we understood his explanations. In addition, he took time to show us how to set the temperature gage, if necessary.

They came when they said they would, They called 30 minutes before to let me know they were coming.

And what I ranked the highest is they didn't overcharge me or do unnecessary things!. 👍
A simple fix and a simple charge.
I will definitely be calling them if I have anymore problems.
Hopefully they will always be reasonably and honest.

Mr Rooter was wonderful!! They replaced our hot water heater the day it broke. I was in a panic with a newborn baby. They came to the rescue and made the whole process easy. Would highly recommend.

I've been having some issues with my 16 year hot water heater for a few months now and Mr. Rooter has helped me out along the way with small fixes. Last week I finally made the decision that it was time for me to replace it. My technician, Parker, was amazing and helped me decide to go from a tank to a tankless hot water heater. He gave me great advice on which type of tankless hot water to buy and walked me through what the installation process would be. Yesterday, Parker and Connor successfully installed my new hot water heater and everything went great. From the main office to the technicians, they were so professional throughout the entire process and I couldn't be happier. The pricing was fair for the job and they were very punctual and were great at communicating with me. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone looking to replace their hot water. I know they will be my plumbing company of choice moving forward in the Charleston area.

Lee arrived on time, investigated my problem and explained needed repairs. He explained each step in the repair and I was able to approve estimated cost prior to work starting. Lee was very professional and friendly. Work was completed without delay and cleanup complete. Excellent!!! Lee Steitz was our Mr. Rooter specialist. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Got straight to work in finding the issue with a telescopic snake and unblocked the problem effectively. We had a big flood in our home. He also unseated the toilet and reset. Extremely impressed by his efficiency and caring nature to give us peace of mind. Definitely ask for Lee.

I had a problem and called Mr. Rooter after reading so many positive Google reviews of their business. They were able to schedule a service call the following day at a time that worked for me. That afternoon, Zac called to let me know he would arrive in 20 minutes. I had a somewhat unusual problem and Zac had all the tools, equipment and knowledge necessary in order to solve my problem. He was friendly, professional, efficient, honest and competent. Before any work was done, options and pricing were discussed and I knew what my out of pocket would be up front. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter (and ask for Zac to be the tech!) for any future work I need done.

Excellent service. Ask for Finley! He did a great job -- so knowledgable and thoughtful and took the time to explain the things I didn't know to me. My water line was clogged and we had to move the main line.

Lee is the man! I found a leak underneath my sink and within a few hours, Lee arrived, diagnosed the issue, and explained what he could do to solve it. Once I gave him the okay, he immediately started to work and was extremely diligent in getting this issue resolved. He even stayed late so the job could get finished and I could use my sink/water again that night (I just went 6 hours without having to use it). Overall, he did an amazing job and kept me in the loop every step of the way. And before leaving, he provided me with some great pieces of advice and tips to hopefully avoid any similar issues in the future. I would recommend Mr. Rooter and Lee Steltz every time!

Turned water on at main shut off and pressure caused defective PEX hot water pipe to leak from ceiling. Lee Steitz from Mr Rooter plumbing did a fantastic job. In short order leak problem area found and repaired. Highly recommend!!

We had a plumbing emergency this morning and not only were they the only company at the time who was willing to answer in the early morning, we got an amazing technician (Zac). Given the nature of our problem, I thought we were going to get hit with a high bill but it was very reasonable. He was so helpful and polite; calmly helping me find the water-shutoff that ended up being located in a neighbors yard (I called the city water earlier and they didn't even have an accurate location of the water meter - lessons learned today) to pinpointing the cause of the major leak which was a professionally repaired shower handle that was done a few months earlier. He swapped out the inexpensive cartridge gaskets and reassembled carefully as to not tear the gaskets (the previous plumber had overtighten other componets to compensate for the leakage caused by incorrect valve positioning). The emergency call was cheaper than the what the last company did on their schedule. 10/10 would recommend and now I know who I can call for any future plumbing issues.

I want to really give this company a great review because their employee that came to my house was one of the best person and you can tell he love his job, this company should be happy to have an employee like him... Mr. Fin was professional from beginning to the end, he made me well aware of everything he was doing and his knowledge was A11..
