AT&T Store

Went into the store to get a new phone, and the young lady Krissi begin to assist me. She offered the iPhone 13 and advised I would have to have a down payment in order to purchase the phone… another associate Johnathan overheard the conversation and advised that I would not have to pay if I transferred service provider. He was so helpful I asked for him to take over with the assistance..Johnathan was SUPER HELPFUL SUPER FRIENDLY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of all the products and services. I would recommend coming to this store JUST for his help!!! There is an AT&T right by my house in Rock hill, but I will be making that drive to come to the York store with any questions or concerns!! Thanks a lot Johnathan!!

The Representative Josh that helped us was super friendly and able to awnser all our questions and concerns. He helped us get my new phone and transfer our service from T-Mobile to att seamlessly.

I have to shout out to the gal who helped my this month of August 2021. Her name is Ashley. She went above n beyond to help myself and ever person who came into the store in York,SC. She Ashley , has great customer service skills and handles all customers with a kind word and professional attitude , which was a breathe of fresh air. Short handed ND not even her own store. She drives many many miles to be in that store to accommodate all of us who live in the York, Clover areas. We are fortunate to have an AT&T store so close to us. My experience at the Liberty Street store in York, SC, was excellent. The sales rep, Jonathan, was great. I now have phone service and data for the first time in a long time, after a long struggle with my former carrier.

I made a review yesterday that wasn’t so good. But after talking to Kim the district manager I decided to come back and give 5 stars. He is very professional and a go getter l. If you have a problem that reaches him rest assure he will do everything he can to make it right. I am very satisfied after speaking with him.

I went into the AT&T store in York South Carolina today with a good friend who had purchased an iPhone. We went to the store to get some help with the iPhone recently purchase by my friend. Josh,the gentleman that helped us far exceeded “great“as far as expectations were concerned this,young man helped us with all of the issues we had with the phone. Wonderful help and service

Josh the manager was awesome he helped me swap my gf to my plan from Verizon and he was very professional and a joy to talk to he made the process feel really easy and I think it has been the best visit to add a line or really any visit to an at&t store I've ever had will definitely be coming back for the great service and atmosphere and jonathan was great he sold me on the new s22 ultra great salesman and awesome guy to talk to he helped me through everything and made it very easy to understand I look forward to coming back it'll be hard to go anywhere else with service like this

Jonathan was great he was honest and professional. He helped me with everything thing i needed and even went above and behind.

She fielded them beautifully
Many folks who didn’t grow up with the Internet, etc. feel diminished when bombarded with terms we are not familiar with.
I will always ask for Noel in the future.
