Walmart Supercenter

I would like to say... This Walmart has very nice employees. I was treated with respect unlike the Walmart in Newport whose electronics department worker was very rude and helped the person behind me and disrespected me. The electronics department person was very nice and helpful when I was paying my phone bill. I wish I could leave 6 stars for this Walmart.

On Dec 21, I went to the pharmacy as a new customer and initially, they were unable to find my scripts. After some digging, they found and filled them within seconds. Employees were friendly, helpful and professional. I witnessed a customer giving a pharmacy employee a hard time and the employee handled her calmly and professionally. Great experience overall.

I would like to note that the overall store refurbishment made too many changes. Product/dept relocations are maddening; the aisles and traffic flow in the Health & Beauty dept are awful, awkward and need to be re-designed. Thank you.

I truly love their online order grocery pick up! They're always amazing when they bring your order out to you!

This Wal -Mart Super Center was very nice. I was meeting someone here so I took time to look around and see the new things that were put out.Very clean store.

Clean. Well stocked. Not any " Walmart freaks" at my preferred shopping time of 6am.

Very easy to fine. The items you’re looking for the isles are a little tight but it appears they’re working on that. . I like this Walmart because it’s one stop whatever you’re looking for. They probably have it. Good job Walmart.

Plenty of lines open with cashiers waiting to get you checked out. Very friendly cashier. Best Walmart experience ever.

Walmart is a one stop shopping destination. It had everything I needed.

Every employee was nice and they even walked me to the aisle to where the items was that I couldn't find.

I order online and pick it up...honestly I love this new way of shopping so I don't have to be around people as much. They are always friendly and if they are out of a certain item then they replace it with a similar item. If by chance you are not satisfied with their selection then you don't have to get it. It's simple I do my "shopping" online b4 bed and all I have to do is pull into walmart and park. They load it and everything(even though I do help) So if you havent tried this way of shopping I strongly recommend it especially if you have kids that aren't always the most pleasant to shop with.

When in need of big shopping this is the place, workers very nice, friendly, online returns just drop off at customer service takes only minutes,and refund return to card when vendor received item. I'll be going here more often, nothing has change, was there 7-8-22 still lower prices than the big box store, and not that crowded. Will be returning.9-22-22 same great values. 11-22-22 a few new prices for the Holidays but still the same for as prices

I used the pickup service n my first experience with this store worked great! The nice Gentleman that helped me couldn't be nicer n helpful with cars piling up! Got pretty much what I ordered, just a few things missing, which I account for my timing, by Saturday at noon, the shelves had been picked clean n lucky to get what I got! I do appreciate Walmart filling a need by starting the service because I am one of many that need that service!

We've begun using the Curbside pickup and it's great especially for people with disabilities. So far the employees doing the job have been great very polite and respectful. Keep up the good work!
