Had what I needed and staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I always go here for my tools and hardware and will keep going here. Needed a new caliper and some pliers. The caliper is normally 50 got it for 30 and try buying either pair of these for under 30. Lowe's is best for channel Lock brand.

Had to look everywhere for a cart in the garden department. Finally found one, got it loaded and checked out. We had bags and bags of soil and rocks, not looking forward to putting it on the truck.... suddenly there was the nicest young gentleman named Devin right behind us who proceeded to put everything on the truck for us without being asked! Wish everyone at Lowe's was so helpful.!!

My husband and I received exceptional customer service this evening. Anthony overheard us discussing having difficulty with an issue and stepped right in and got management involved. Greg and Jamie the managers came though and resolved our issue promptly and with a can-do and friendly attitude.

We went to Lowe's for yet ANOTHER appliance tonight and were NOT disappointed. Their staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Jamie helped us so much and we found EXACTLY what we were looking for. She even made sure she worked around my schedule to set up the home delivery. This is why I keep going to Lowe's as our old appliances keep breaking down. I will continue being a Lowe's customer for as long as they continue to provide employees and service like this.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Plus it’s my dog’s favorite place to visit because most of the employees adore him and give him lots of love and attention.

We worked with Ryleigh in appliances. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very straight forward with no pressure. I would buy from Lowes again for sure.

Lowe’s in Rock Hill has the nicest and most helpful employees. I’m there so often I know most of them by name! And I greatly appreciate the veteran discount!

Priceless. Me and my daycare kids came to Lowe's in Rock hill to pick out items for our FALL DECORATIONS. I gave the manager (George) my letter requesting for donations. Not only did Mr. George accept my request. He took the time to talk to my daycare kids by asking them questions. They was ready to talk. When I explained to them that Mr. George from LOWE'S is giving us our items as a donation. All I could do was stop talking and listen to them talk about. How nice Mr. George is. When the kids was arranging the decorations in the yard. One of the kids said, I'm going to give Mr. George a hug LOL... Thank you Mr. George for your patient and great customer service Tonya's Angels

Something has changed there at Lowes. Almost every visit an employee will ask if they can assist me with my mission of the moment.
A year ago, you could not find someone to help you for anything. Now, they check in with you all the time. A good change.

Went in late for a furniture purchase, the service desk staff member was helping someone and was very patient and friendly with that person. When it was my turn, she was very nice and helpful. Then 3 other staff members came to help us with our purchase. We had a speedy checkout and as we were leaving, one of the staff that had previously tried to help us asked if we got what we needed. The temperature was 23 degrees, it was about 1 hour until closing and this team gave us top notch service! Extremely pleased.

I'm only leaving this 5 star rating for Sarah in appliances. My delivery experience was a nightmare. I called and spoke with Sarah and she went above and beyond to correct the situation. This store needs more employees like her!

I visit this store and home depot weekly while working on home projects. The store is great if they have the product in store. If you special order something do not plan on getting it anytime soon. More than a few times I have had issues with paid invoices not being filled correctly and on time. I ordered a riding lawn mower and after reordering twice finally gave up and bought a different on, then was told it was finally in 6 months after canceling. I had to send a picture of the cancelled order to prove i had in fact cancelled it. Same thing happened with a refrigerator that was severely damaged and had to be special ordered in. Wound up going to HD and paying less and having it delivered the next day. I spent three months waiting on a shower then Wound up going to 3 different lowes to by different parts to piece it togethet.

Lowes staff is always friendly and eager to help. Not a big fan of self check out, but it is what it is.

This is my go to place for home improvement. They usually always have what I need. I would definitely say 99 times out of 100, they have what I need so I have no complaints. Prices are pretty competitive and reasonably great people to talk to. The only thing is, you may have to hunt for someone at times as when it is not busy, the staff is once in a while hard to find. 4.9/5 so gave all 5 stars.

First time going to this location. The staff was very friendly. Great selection of products as well. The lady working at the customer service desk was great. I had multiple questions about a clearanced vacuum and she was very patient and helpful. She also proceeded to check me out right there and price matched an item also. Great location, will definitely be back.

Always a pleasure going into our local Lowes. We received great help from an associate as well as great conversation from the cashier.

Great experience from the lumber area for concrete filler and millwork desk for help on a garage door 🚪 opener that wasn't really in there department. Great employees make it the best shopping experience.
