Rory called me as soon as my reservation was made and she walked me through the rental process and it was so easy with her help!

I booked a reservation online and within 30 mins the young ladies called back. They made my reservation
so easy and flawless. I had a lock and a brochure left in my unit and they were super helpful. I definitely will recommend this storage to anyone looking for a place.

The staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The unit was just the right size (5’x10’) and clean upon first inspection. The free lock and inexpensive renter’s insurance through their facility is so convenient and reassuring that our belongings are secure and protected. Definitely recommend!!!

I had to rent a unit on really short notice and they went above and beyond to get a unit set up. They also showed great patience when I lost reception several times while driving across the county. Rory and Destiny are amazing!!

such kind and communicative employees! walked in a bit panicked because of my move out date and the unsure of where i was going to store my belongings. i was helped with much care and understanding, which greatly calmed my nerves! ended up renting a unit, for a reasonable price. Management was super helpful. I had been told my reservation wasn’t valid at a different storage facility so I came to this place and the reservation and payment was super easy to do online. Their wifi was out but they were still able to confirm my reservation and everything. They did great getting me into my unit. The unit it’s self looked very nice and sturdy like there would be no leaks or weather exposure. The unit was clean and also came with a light fixture (I have a 8x10 unit). Over all very clean well put together facility with amazing staff.

Destiny and Rory did an excellent job setting me up with my new storage space. They were both friendly and informative!

Destiny was very pleasant and accommodating in helping us start our rental contracts and answering all of our questions. The facility seems to take great pride in making sure things are secure for their customers.

Tonya was so incredibly nice. The staff there has always been helpful and informative. The property itself is great. I never had any issues with flooding and my unit worked perfectly for what I needed it for. Prices are very affordable compared to it's competitors. If I ever need to store things in the future, I will absolutely rent here again.

The lady that helped us, named Emma and I’m guessing her boss who helped us were very nice people. I gave good compliments to Emma because she was slightly new, but I think she did a fantastic job. Emma’s manager, was a very sweet lady too. Both of them were very nice, explained the whole process in a very detailed way, and made my family and I feel like we were part of a great team. Super clean place. Love the fact that there are cameras to secure my belongings and to watch who goes in and out of the facility to avoid any negative happenings. I would write so much more, but to sum it all up, I am having great service and awesome experience with this business. The people they hire are super sweet and totally insightful. they were so helpful! we moved quicker than expected & needed storage ASAP. I wasn’t in town & had a load of our stuff already on the way to Stillwater, so they helped walk me through the process online/over the phone & we were able to move into the unit immediately.

Carolyn was very professional, and made sure we understood everything. The office smelled clean and looked professional. Walked us out to the unit and made sure it was cleaned and made sure it was enough space for all of our belongings. Even took us step by step on the website so we could make payments. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The lady at the front desk was SUPER great with her customer service. She knew how to handle things professionally. She showed us our unit, and manage to keep small talk! Very nice!!!
