Sam's Club

My family was staying at an Airbnb in Park Circle for vacation. This Sam’s Club is conveniently located and Walmart is right next to it. The scan-and-go is always a plus and the produce selection is fresh! The staff was helpful and friendly. And the store was clean. I highly recommend this Sam’s Club Location.

I’ve been coming here for years. Yesterday was extremely special. I was greeted by Torrii when I came in and she made a huge effort to get me set up with Scan and Go she did not leave me until it was working. We also had encounters with other employees who were eager to help when we tried to find certain items. It made our day to be assisted by such joyful individuals. Thank you for making it an awesome experience.

Great deals on bulk products. Always has unique specialty and seasonal products. Excellent gas prices. Convenient self serve check out but need service manager to verify age for wine upon checkout.

I’ve been a plus member for about 2 years now and it definitely pays for itself. The quality of meats and baked goods is extremely good, the store is always clean and well stocked. The app is great tool with the scan and go - definitely awesome to skip the line and cash out wherever.
Apparel is also pretty good for bargains and quality, but a lot of times it is a little low on the smaller sizes.
If you’re looking for a clean place to get good buys, I say get a membership; it pays for itself….also location is super convenient for anywhere in the low country; way closer than Costco.

I really enjoy Scan & Go. Great way to get in and out quickly. This place is always crowded but well stocked with great options.

I gave it 5 stars, though there were some issues. Those issues come from the store being remodeled. Just think of the store as going on a treasure hunt until things are complete. Even in the midst of the remodel, the store was clean. The associates were very polite when I asked where to find something.
I can't wait to see how the store looks when the remodel is complete.

Sam's Club is awesome! The scan and go is one of the best features they offer. It's super convenient to shop and checkout at the pace I want instead of having to wait in a long line. Location is clean. The ladies that run the Cafe are very efficient and work great as a team to ensure that guests have very minimal wait times. The items here are already listed at great prices but they always have extra savings every month on everyday items that make the prices even better. Love shopping here and will continue to get most of my essentials and food products here for the foreseeable future. The only thing I wish is that they had the Mexican Coca Cola.

Well…. After writing this I realize now it is a long customer service praise…..

It started yesterday morning out by heading to my local Sam’s club in Charleston, SC to get my 6.7 Cummins a set of batteries under warranty. They really impressed me on 2023.11.18 at 1000 in the morning with their tire/battery customer service. Unfortunately soon after I arrived I found out that they did not have replacement batteries in stock.

After calling and researching the several other stores within 150 miles radius such as Savannah, Myrtle Beach, Columbia, Aiken, Florence, and Anderson I was finally advised that they were 100% out of stock …. with no idea when they would get in a new order in or when they would be delivered.

I was originally scheduled to make a short trip that afternoon with my truck
but I realized I was not going to make the trip.

The tire associate said I could talk to a manager and explain the situation and they may have another possible option …..

This was a magnificent leadership move made on my behalf and it really saved my day!!!! I was worried about getting back and forth to work this week, making my next VA doctors appt, and I really did not want to wait another week for batteries that “may” or “may not” show up in the next delivery.

They really stepped up and even went above and beyond the normal to help me.

I have been a Sams Club member since 1993 and have never regretted it. Their ability to warranty their products across the United States is the main reason I have been with them during my Military career and they have been my tire and battery solution since my first membership.

Not perfect, but employees are really nice and have great energy. Also, scan and go is awesome and if you are not using it your are missing out.

I was able to purchase much needed items at bargain prices. A good selection of items.

We have a member ship and we love it. We sometimes so to Costco, some times it is cheaper, sometimes it’s not. The people are always friendly. It’s clean. They have toys out and Christmas decorations!

This club is very popular. They have expanded their produce and dairy departments with walk-in deep freezers. The cashier was helpful and friendly.

The store was well stocked up on everything your you needed that was on your list. The the line at checkout moves so fast. They have extended holiday hours.

Quick shopping experience. Used the shop and go feature on the sams club app, makes it soo much faster to get in and out. Great deals!

I really enjoy being able to scan as I go. When I am done shopping, I am done. No more checkout lines!

Probably the best place to shop if you plan on buying once a month. Great prices and great value! Everything in bulk.

Was very husy but also had a large selection of EVERYTHING. Didnt really see much from the staff but was able to access everything i needed. Their meat selection and pricing is outstanding and I highly recommend everyone browse it. You can buy in bulk and freeze it for later after dividing it up. I highly recommend this location for how clean and accessible everything was. The price was also a plus and I couldnt complain despite spending $300 after everything. Still walked out feeling like it was money well spent. I also managed to fill up 2 carts in the process so I also got quantity along with it. All in all if you are looking for somewhere to bulk buy products you should check this location.

I love Sams club. Amazing prices and the variety, quality and staff are the best in the business. It’s close to the airport so you get to see planes fly over. Located next to a Walmart and Sam’s gas station. Buy in quantity and save money.
