I went to have a new key cut and the price was very reasonable. The service was excellent and the guy even took the time and programmed it for me . The best locksmiths I've ever been too . And in business since 1971 way to go for the small family businesses.

I went to see them because I was having problems with my key wouldn’t turn for me to move the steering wheel as soon as I communicate with the gentleman sorry I didn’t catch his name but he help me and all I know is that he was tall, handsome man, long beer answer. All my questions treated me well I sure would like to recommend people to go there. I didn’t have to wait like I said, as soon as I got there, the gentleman help me with my card to see what was going on but very helpful man. Thank you for your help and honesty.

They were able to cut 3 different motorcycle keys for me very easily and cut and program a new key fob for my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT very quickly and efficiently.

I had a key for my 78 Toyota Land Cruiser from Japan and the key was so worn down it stopped functioning properly in the ignition. The gentlemen there looked up the closest US model and made me a new key and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend their services.

This is a quaint little shop off the beaten path in Bentonville. It is owned by a very nice older gentleman who keyed my rental house within 24 hours of my request. I had asked my bank to recommend someone, and they gave me Mr. Casey's name and told me that they use him for all their lock and key jobs. I would highly recommend your using him for yours.

A very pleasant and skilled man showed up on time and re-keyed a variety of doorknobs and deadbolts to one master key, and it was remarkably fast. In the mobile workshop on wheels, he was able to cut extra keys for me, process my payment and print a detailed receipt on the spot. Less expensive than I anticipated. Great job, Casey Lock & Key.

We have used Casey to do everything from make extra lock keys to redoing all of the locks for our building. They have made me tons of different set keys for departments and master keys. They are super fast at what they do and will come out to you with everything they need to get the job done. The last job they did for me was over 50 rekey jobs and took them no time at all. Price for what you are getting can’t be beat.

Super fast service!!! I kept adding requests to my original service call, and Mr. Casey agreed with a smile. I’d been dealing with my locks for a couple of days and was so frustrated. Mr. Casey was able to install deadbolts, rekey all locks, and make duplicate keys in a flash. The locks open and close smoothly. Mr. Casey was ahead of time for our appointment, but called first to make sure it was okay. He was polite, respectful, professional, and reasonable. He explained how the locks worked with which I was unfamiliar. He left with a smile and “thank you”. I shall definitely refer all to this family owned company!

The man came out and got my car running again. The key would not turn my ignition on and he got it taken care of. Went above and beyond for me! Not only did he make me extra keys he also printed out the key code for me.

This place is great! They not only told me what I needed to do to get a replacement key made, but also had them ready in under an hour. I would highly recommend them for any of your locksmith needs.

It's readily apparent that this company is in high demand.. I witnessed 3 calls-in during my 15 minute visit. It would appear that the company is operated from a shop in the front yard of a residence, and it's basically a testament to the exponential growth of NWA commerce this decade or so.. Also the man manning the helm is a testament to professionalism within such hectic circumstances.
At no point in time did I doubt that my matter was being dealt with from a place of attention to detail (wire brushing of cut key prior to trial, for example) and I even overheard him refer someone to another locksmith who was presumably closer to their locale, affirming that this man is interested in providing efficient/effective service, and has no desire to string you along.
Basically, dude's got plenty of business, and if you clearly communicate with him I get the sense he'll clearly communicate with you. Oh, and the chipped spare he cut me was $5-$10 less than any of the 4 businesses I sought quotes from. 👍👍
