We got my sons first haircut here. The lady was amazing and kept him calm the whole time. Best first haircut experience you could have.

Ashley at the Northwoods location was very knowledgeable and efficient. I have thick long curly hair and needed a nice size chop AND a blowout. I was a walk in on a time limit and she made it happen! I was in and out. Thanks again!

I had my hair cut by Ms. Jeannie last night and a fantastic experience. She was very sweet and friendly as well as professional and attentive to my requests. As I write this review, I'm practically in tears. On Saturday, 11/25, Kesha cut my hair. She mangled my entire head, hacked away, my hair is uneven and the layers are just chopped off pieces of hair. I have booked an appointment with another salon for Tuesday evening. I hope the stylist can salvage something without me having to cut my hair very short. It was shoulder length when I arrived at the salon but it isn't now! It didn't look good when finished but after I got home, showered and went to style it, I was shocked at how little hair I had and what it looked like. Don't ever go there. For $65, I should have gotten an amazing cut! All I got was ripped off.

I really wanted to get a haircut. Set up appointments for our family online. We arrived on time and checked in. My Mother got a great haircut by Jan. But, the person scheduled to cut my hair never came out, she was too busy I guess. I say I guess because we never got updates. My daughter was supposed to get her haircut by the same stylist after me. I waited 75 minutes and never saw her. The worst part is we stood there the whole time. Multiple stylists walked through and didn’t check on us. The receptionist walked into the salon after thirty minutes and never came back so she didn’t have to see us uncomfortably waiting (chairs would be nice). I hate leaving a bad review, but I sent an email to customer service on Saturday and didn’t get a response that way either! Just awful.

I scheduled a consultation for a clipper cut and was told to be on time to meet with a "master stylist". I arrrived on time but was told that the stylist was busy. The stylist then came out to meet with me and reassured me that she could cut my hair on the following day. She took my name and number but never called me after her shift nor on the next day to schedule the appointment. I was also quoted a higher price in the salon ($40) than what's listed on their site ($28) and per my initial phone inquiry. There were so many red flags about this experience. I'm glad I didn't get a call back.

Had relaxer done by Jeannie. I made my appointment on a Friday for the next Monday at 10am. However when I got there at 10am (the time they open) she was already doing someone else's hair, so it took her an hour to get me going.
I washed my hair two weeks after the relaxer and it looked the same as when I came in - wavy and frizzy, only now my hair feels stiff.
