The staff here are always so helpful and very kind to my son as well. They always seem to be short on help, but they make time to help you find what you need. They keep the check out moving along quickly, too! Thanks so much for your help and patience, esp during the hectic holiday season!

Nothing better than a bunch of cheap Chinese tools. Ashley some of the stuff is really a good deal and then some of the stuff is the worst stuff you've ever bought. So you have to be careful with what you spend your money on.

I needed 6- LED shop lights with 10,000 lumens and there was only one on the shelf. I asked one of young the lady's if they had anymore in the back. Within a couple minutes she had the other 5 at the register waiting for me. Awesome friendly customer srevice. Thank you Harbor freight.

I love this store but the people who work there are not knowledgeable I guess the trade offs good 2 visit got accused of cutting the line mam km 40 I know where my spot is

Place is amazing staff was amazing. I forgot my email and they still gave me 20%off all my stuff. I have been going here since the store opened and have never been let down. NOTE: Industrial tool boxes are just the same as any other major(overpriced) brand. I have personally tossed them off a fork truck and had no issues.

They've reorganized the store. It's much less congested and it looks cleaner. The Covid barrier boxes at the registers can be revamped...it's time! They're sunken in because they're used to hold everyone's purchase. They could have taken some 2×4's and some plywood to create distance by now. They have the tools! The cashiers are always very friendly. Of course I love the prices...for a beginning woodworker.

For such a busy place, they were able to answer a question after the 3rd phone call back after being on hold 10 minutes the first 2 calls. They're busy y'all!!

Good tool shop for low prices

The tools aren't super high quality, but they also aren't bad for your weekend projects. The staff is friendly and actually extremely attentive for such a low cost store.

As harbor freight's go, this is a nice one.

Good prices, this place was busy but still checked out fast..

Went in to specifically purchase a generator. I had some questions before the purchase and got help and answers from several employees. Sara was a huge help and even walked it out to our truck. I was able to leave the store with everything I needed. Following the purchase I was able to take the generator out to the site and get it up and running. It was a very pleasant experience.

They were very helpful I went in a few things what is working for me back to return it mean questioning attitude I just did. It was very nice and the store was organized clean and the staff was helpful and finally the first time I went I couldn’t find what I was looking for so I just asked an employee and they were able to point me what’s up right to the spot

Machetes only cost $7 here! I bought a claw for $3!
