Love A Cup Bakery

I recently visited Love a Cup Bakery in West Columbia to pass the time, and I was amazed by its adorable and pristine ambiance. Marion, the friendly staff member, graciously answered my questions and suggested trying their Pineapple Upside Down and Red Velvet cupcakes. Being a fan of Red Velvet, I went with that recommendation, and it did not disappoint. The cupcake was absolutely delightful – neither too dry nor overly moist, and the icing had just the right amount of sweetness.

During my visit, I also had the pleasure of meeting Cindy, the owner and Marion's sister-in-law. She was a lovely person who took the time to have a chat with me.

Thank you Cindy for making such a lovely birthday cake for my mother! We all were so impressed with the cake as it was beautifully decorated and delicious! You made my mother's birthday very special and I wanted to say thank you so much and let all of your potential customers know that they will make a great decision if they visit your store or need something for an event. All I had to say is her favorite color roses and that she liked camping and you made it so beautiful and put such cute camping decorations on the sides! The little small camper even looked like one she used to own! We loved the special and beautiful details and she was blown away. Thanks again for making her birthday very very special!!

We had enjoyed Love A Cup Bakery before but today was next level.
We scheduled a kids birthday party baking Christmas cookies. WOW! What an experience.
The kids received aprons and hats of their own. Then they were able to make and create their own cookies. Cookie recipe was great and the bakers enjoyed rolling and cutting out their own cookies.
They had break time while the cookies baked and was able to do a little celebrating. We ordered cupcakes for an extra fee, which were fabulous as well.
Then they were able to ice a few cookies and take them home along with their extra dough.
Cindy and her crew was very accomodating to our large, loud group of kids and adults. Drinks, coffee, candles that I forgot. They had! Everyone had a fantastic time and made many memories. I feel sure all the kids and adults will talk about this for a long time.
If you are looking for a cute little place to grab a sweet or a place for a party, Cindy and her crew has you covered!
Also, if it's your birthday, you get to choose a cupcake of your choice!

Beautiful decor! So many sweets to choose from the mini macaroons are adorable. The price is very economical. The staff is friendly and helpful. The taste is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend!

Miss Cindy is the nicest person I’ve ever met. Her cheesecake, banana pudding, and brownies are to die for.. she made my daughters birthday cake too!

Cute store next to Moe's. Lot's of yummy cupcakes and desserts. Even have gluten free cupcakes and cookies! Very friendly service. Plenty of free parking.

Sweet potato cupcake was delicious!! Tons of other flavors and treats! The mini macaroons are on my to do list!! Great service and owner is amazing!

We ordered a pistachio cake to be delivered for our surgeons birthday- not only did it look beautiful it tasted delicious! I did not even ask her to decorate it special and she added details for his profession and it was a beautiful and fun surprise! Will definitely be ordering our cakes from here from now on!

I love their cupcakes: red velvet and key lime are my favorite! Today I tried the chef salad…Delicious!

I was awed cause I love these cupcakes, but there was so much more to choose from. My experience was even better than the flea market when I see them there. I enjoyed the store as I sat down and ate me and my sister. Desserts are all over the place everywhere you look. Even have options for the diabetics which is awesome.

We needed 30 cupcakes as walk in, for our sons wedding rehearsal dinner. When Ms. Cindy came out from the back I knew it was going to happen! Such love and care put into every part of the different processes. These cupcakes are amazing! Thank you so much.

Checked these amazing ladies out at lake Carolina today and I'm hooked on just the first cupcake! I'll definitely be back and trying plenty of other things. The cupcake was perfectly done not too heavy or light. The icing was phenomenal!

We love Love-A-Cup! Chef Cindy is amazing! She makes the most delicious sugar-free cakes and cupcakes! I’ve never heard my family give such expression of sheer delight.

Wonderful cupcakes. Customer service was outstanding! Very kind, friendly and went above and beyond to be kind to my children. I can't wait to go back because all their other desserts looked delicious!

One the road from Asheville to Charleston,we stopped for lunch and gas and happened to notice this place,well I'm one who never passes up fresh baked goods.Service was very friendly,cupcakes were diverse and decadent,I had a cinnamon bun,brownies and pound cake looked real good too.
May have to make this stop a regular thing !!!

This sweet little bakery has something special! From the decor, to the amazing smell when the door opens, to the precious owner, it all ties right into the unbelievable cupcakes! I got their cupcakes for teacher appreciation week & before I knew it I was getting texts from the school raving over them. I can not wait to try their breakfast and lunch.

10/10!! Highly recommended EVERYONE stop by! As a life long sugarholic I can definitely say this bakery has the BEST cupcakes, not to mention the many, many other treats! Can't wait to come back!

When I tell you I'm mad at myself !! I were at the flea market this weekend, I purchased the red velvet and butter pecan. One of each. If I would've only tasted them before returning to Rock Hill SC. Lord I can't wait until I'm back in the area. Very tasty and not too sweet.
