However, Hunter and Rapid Rides Auto Sales were so helpful, available, honest, and always willing to answer all our questions and address any concerns that we had. The price was reasonable, the car was just what we were looking for, and everything with the sale and shipping of the car from TN to us in OH went off without a hitch. I went in to check out a Buick that we ended up purchasing. The owner, Hunter was very helpful. It took some time to work out my financing. Hunter was great and patient. Then once we had everything all worked out and we picked up the car, he made sure that the car was washed and cleaned. We would go back to Rapid Rides again to purchase another car when it is time for our next one.

He was upfront about the condition of the Vehicle and worked with us down to a very fair price. Hunter was also upfront and honest about the deposit and the “ as is” condition. Just got two vehicles from Hunter and traded one in. He went out of his way to make it work for us and get us in the vehicles we wanted. After my daughter's car accident, she was not sure she could find another vehicle she loved as much as her wrecked one but she loves her little Mercedes SUV. We don't care for salesmen (especially car salesmen) and Hunter is not a traditional "try and sell you what you don't want" guy. He never strayed from what we told him we wanted and we drove off with off with our new (new to us) vehicles the next day. Would definitely recommend him and the business if you need a used car at a good price and don't want to deal with pushy salesmen. He was a pleasure to work with.

My uncle referred me a few days ago to buy a car from Rapid Rides, I can safely say that was the best recommendation anyone has ever given me. After just a few short hours of looking the next day I was able to drive away my amazing car.

We bought a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe from Hunter sight unseen completely on the phone and online. He was very helpful and we are very pleased with the car that was delivered just a few days later after making a deal over the phone. I would recommend using them if you need a good clean used car!

I don't have a credit history. I seen a car I loved and decided to stop in. I was told the price and I let Hunter know about my credit situation. He was on the phone with a finance company while I was there trying to work something out and it was late in the day. I never seen a dealer work so hard trying to get something done and I have no credit. He was able to get a deal done with a payment that worked for me. I didn't even really believe I would get the car (a ZL1 camaro!). There was a defect in the hood and a issue with the headlights that he fixed for free. If you want to work with a honest dealer I highly recommend Rapid Rides. He definitely won a lifetime customer.

Hunter was outstanding! I purchased my parents a vehicle and paid cash. The price was far less than anything else I found. The office was immaculately clean. I ws in end out in less than a hour. That's fastest I have ever bought a vehicle.I highly recommend this car lot if you are looking for a great deal and excellent customer service!

I called Hunter about a Challenger that he had on his lot. I explained to him that I was interested in it. I also explained that I wouldn't be able to get pick up the car due to my wife having a treatment in a hospital and I didn't want to leave her. Hunter offered to bring me the vehicle free of charge. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend Rapid rides to anyone.

Great guy. Things didnt work out quite as we expected but this guy really stands by his business. I bought a truck and realized that something was up with it that evening and got in touch with him. He was really attentive, good at keeping in communication and worked with me to resolve the issue. To make a long story short, there was an issue with the truck that managed to slip through both of our inspections and we realized it was going to be a costly repair. In conclusion, he refunded me the total I paid for the truck without being difficult or pushy to try and keep my money. Although I would have wished the truck would have worked out, I am very impressed with how Hunter handled the situation which says more about a person than anything else. He did the morally right thing rather than what suited him better. I will be coming back in the future when the time arises and I do recommend this dealership because of how they handled themselves
