Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn

I’m so glad I didn’t put too much faith in the reviews. This place was amazing for the price. The staff (both morning and nighttime) were friendly and helpful. The parking lot is spacious and has a fence all the way around so you don’t have to worry too much about your vehicle. The property was clean and well maintained. The room was immaculate and the beds so comfortable. Maybe this place went through a renovation recently? The area was typical for a property right off of the highway (very convenient) a little sketch but nothing too bad. We never felt unsafe at all. The breakfast was hot and plentiful (I did get there right as it opened ). Would deff stay here again.

This hotel had a great view, clean room, smelled great, wonderful service and good breakfast. We felt safe when arrived after dark.

After some car trouble at 1:30am this morning, we walked into this Best Western looking for a room. Exhausted, we were not expecting much, just a place to sleep. The sweet lady at the desk found the perfect room quickly and affordable and made sure we were taken care of. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean! The next morning, we woke for breakfast (complementary) and were surprised by the great selection of warm foods! The gentleman (very dapper in dress), kept everything exceptionally clean, greeted everyone, cleaned up after people, and even sang while he cleaned up (with quite a nice voice!). The music was wonderful and everyone at breakfast was happy, thanks to the hard work and atmosphere created. 5 stars- and great job employees of Best Western!

My friend and I stayed here for a few nights and our overall experience was very good. There was a room ready for us so we were able to check-in earlier than 3pm. The staff was very nice, housekeeping came daily and kept our room clean. The only negative was the television in our room. We noticed that the screen looked a little dark at times, possibly an older tv. Aside from that, our room was fine. Everything else was in working order: wifi was good, fridge and microwave were good, and the hotel was in a quiet area so no issues with noise.

Great location. About 5 miles from Broadway in downtown Nashville . Just used Uber to go downtown . Beware of Taxis. We were overcharged.

Clean, nice. Mr Flippo treats the breakfast area like a little diner that he takes great pride in. And it's very good. I travel with just me and my daughter so I get anxious about hotels being in safe areas. This was fine

Staff and awesome and management helped us out in a pinch due to booking issues by a 3rd party and were super helpful.

Highly recommend and will be staying again next year. Happy Bonnaroo!

What a very nice staff,they helped us greatly with our reservation when are third party booking refused to help us.We are so happy that the front desk helped out with this issue..Even with me losing my temper they (the front desk) were still very calm and said do not worry we are working on the situation.And finally by the end of the day,they came up with a solution.Thank you so much for helping us.Please forgive me for my rudeness's.

We got there a bit before check in time. but Danielle had our room ready for us. Very pleasant young lady, she helped check us in, gave us some good places to eat at. Very friendly, made sure everything was as it was suppose to be. the room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. This place was booked out this weekend, and it seemed like everyone had fun. The breakfast was good, full self serve breakfast bar. First time here, would book again if we come into to Nashville again. Room was clean, comfortable, no issues. As for the bed, it was clean and comfortable, but then everyone has their own level of comfortable,(spent 35 yrs in the military so my level of comfortable is probably different then most people) although the wife thought the bed was comfortable. Thanks Daneille for checking on us to make sure we were enjoying our time there.

Best place to stay at. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were very good and helpful. The breakfast guy was extremely helpful and cooked a perfect waffle. The location is also very good.

Very impressed with the price and quality of this location; Flippo the staff member makes wonderful breakfast (pretty much all you can eat breakfast with everything you can think of) and is very hospitable. He even served me and treated me like family; and puts on his old Sinatra style music. Very nice place; close to everything; including 24 hour Italian food in the same center. Workout facilities, a pool, and an excellent cleaning crew. Very much recommended. Thank you Flip and staff!!!

Great staff ..super clean rooms and beds are amazing

The service at this hotel was very friendly. The morning manager who prepares breakfast everyday for the buffet is professional courteous and downright one of the nicest hotel managers around. We came in from Philly for a wedding this past week and we're treated to the kindest service and a delicious breakfast every morning. Thanks for a wonderful stay we really enjoyed our trip to Nashville!

We had a wonderful time plenty of rest. The whole staff was very professional, polite, the Breakfast was amazing biscuits and gravy delicious. They made it easy for us to great food to eat. Clean room and bathroom. Every request was handled with care. We will be staying with this Hotel again.😍😍😃😃☝💪🙏

Close to downtown and the main venues. They have the most friendly and helpful staff too. The manager is a very nice guy too who happens to cook the best breakfast. Impressive service and a great value as well. We have stayed here twice and will stay again the next time we go to Nashville.

Had a very comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and room clean, the lobby was clean, and it had a good complete breakfast. The fitness center also looked really nice. I’m pregnant and couldn’t sleep at 1 in the morning. The receptionists were super sweet and got me some milk so I could have some cereal to help me go back to bed. The customer service over all was really good. If I were to be picky, the outside cabinets of the bathroom sink were dirty and the doors could be cleaned where people touch them all the time. And the artificial room fragrance they had in there was strong and made me cough. But honestly that’s again just being picky and didn’t affect the enjoyments of my stay over all.

Rooms, were clean, it is right next to the highway, easy on and off and 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry

We took a trip to Nashville recently and stayed here. The rooms were nice! The best part was the breakfast. "Flippo's Kitchen" - this wonderful man, Flippo, got the breakfast food and coffee ready each morning. He brought a DVD player and played oldies. He was so nice to the patrons and made the morning wonderful!! He deserves a raise and made the experience at the hotel 5-star for the guests. He would help us clear our tables and was so nice! Would recommend this place and the location when visiting Nashville, TN.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Everyone there was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Manager Pat is very helpful and amazing at getting me a room. The breakfast was delicious thanks to Flippo, my checking in with Danielle was great - she was very professional, The housekeepers are very sweet and provided me with everything I needed. Overall this was a fantastic trip and I will be visiting again!
