Tervis Store

Love Tervis! One of the last few standing brick and mortar Tervis stores left. The staff is very friendly and helpful, decent selection of cups and accessories!

This place has a wide selection and the staff here was great. She was very helpful and shared stories with us like she had known us forever. If you need a tervis cup stop by here.

The staff that works there are friendly and are the reasons I have gone back to visit 4-6 times. And we probably own 40 tervis tumblers.

I went to this Myrtle Beach Tervis store to get me a souvenir Myrtle Beach 16oz tumbler to use the rest of vacation and to use at other times and the lady there was very friendly and helped me choose the perfect design

I recently sent back two of my favorite tervis tumblers as part of the 'Guarantee Replacement ' program. They had leakage after 30 years of use. I was astounded when I received a package 5 weeks later with my replacements. What amazing customer service group you have on top of great products. Thank you Tervis. We love you!!

Wonderful experience! Very friendly staff, and super helpful store manager.

I had actually placed on online order from Tervis, and there was a slight issue when I recieved it. I went to call customer service, but made a phone call to this store instead. (whoops)

However, I explained to there store manager my issue, and she got it rectified in 15 minutes, sent me the correct items directly from here shop, and all with a super happy and positive attitude.
