Starbucks

It's been a while since I've visited a Starbucks. I had a group order and these guys got it perfect. Drinks were made without any mistakes and they tasted great.

I was in Fort Mill NC visiting for my son’s soccer tournament. I visited this location three times. Every visit was such a pleasure! The staff was so warm and friendly that I commented about it to my children in the car. Do you want to leave a place of service feeling good and they definitely accomplish that goal for me! Such kind individuals working there. Great job, keep up the amazing work!

This is the first time I’ve been to this location. I was really in the mood for the pistachio latte and my normal store was already sold out, but I’m glad I drove the extra 10 minutes here. This store is really clean. Great service, super fast too. I placed a mobile order for a latte and a breakfast sandwich and they were out literally in 2 minutes. Both were delicious!

Susan was so kind and gave a perfect recommendation for a fun fall drink! So tasty ☺

Just went through the drive-through with my husband, and had the best service in a while due to the worker Susan. She was fantastic

Ms. Susan is an absolute treasure. I have always had my order correct, wonderfully delicious and delivered with exceptional service at this location. I would recommend them to anyone!

The barista Richard is doing a great job! He engages with customers and is attentive to what is going on in the location. The drink he made me was perfect- exactly as it’s supposed to be made.

Great location to grab a cup of coffee and get some work done. Nice vibe at this location, they are quick with orders and have a very friendly staff. Highly recommend this location.

So kind and it’s the genuine kind. Susan took my order through the drive thru! Her customer service was spot on while she was getting my order had some gentleman ask about my day. Super nice as well. I’m passing through but will gladly come back in hopes of seeing smiling beautiful faces again! 🤩☀

I just wanted to say how wonderful Susan was at the drive though not only was she nice to me but she was to everyone it really made my bad day so much better! Thank you for being kind it goes a long way!

Very nice customer service and I got a venti ice upside-down, Carmel Macchiato w/ double shots added. I was in and out in no time..

We stopped after we left our hotel. The service was wonderful and the gentleman at the drive-thru was charming and knowledgeable. Everything arrived quickly and was delicious. I highly recommend them.

LONG overdue review but Richard makes this place! His energy is unlike any other. Always puts a smile on my face. Literally would not be what it is without him. I really hope Starbucks realizes what an amazing employee he is and that he is recognized and rewarded for always putting his best foot forward!!

We all love Richard. The other staff members are great, but man, the wait has become untenable. Sometimes they post someone in the drive through for order placing, but it’s not a regular occurrence. I’ve pulled into the parking lot so many times in the last few months, only to bail due to the wait. Once you’re in that line, it’s over for you unless you can get out just before the order board. It’s not just this location. Something has happened with Starbucks in general. Inconsistent quality across the board and general cleanliness issues. But, if I get here at 5:30 AM, all is well. Choose wisely.

I usually stop by early in the morning (6:15ish) before the line gets long. Friendly staff, accurate orders, and hot food. I usually dread going to Starbucks but this one seems to have their ducks in a row. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Amazing staff at this location. They know my name I know exactly what I order each time despite them being so busy. I always feel so welcome and they always have cold brew! Thank you guys for being a great part of my daily routine

When I came to this location, I was happily surprised with the quaint style of the store. While a small looking store on the outside, the inside is very spacious and homey at the same time. While seating is not available inside, it was easily labeled where to stand when ordering and while waiting. I was greeted by a partner named Alexander who was extremely cheery and we struck up conversation while I ordered. I was thoroughly impressed by this reserve store, as they have many options that most Starbucks locations do not have. Unfortunately I am traveling, so I may never see this location again, but if I ever find myself in Baxter Village again, I will be sure to stop by!

Nice location for a coffee with friends. This location is in a great little area with cool places to check out. The staff is always friendly and never think you are crazy for a complicated drink order they handle it like a pro. Very nice inside. Although with the area it is in it can be hard to get into and the area and the store can get extremely busy.

Americanos were amazing!

Easy access to the highway which makes it great for travellers like us!
