Urban Bricks Pleasanton, TX

We drove from San Antonio to check it out. Great service, good food! They had a kid's party going on, but still managed to get our food out in a timely manner. We had 2 large pizzas and dessert, all that was quite filling for a family of hardy eaters, we even had 1 slice left. The dessert was so delish!! Banana and Nutella 😋 yummy!

Very clean restaurant, workers are friendly and the food was out fast and hot. 10/10 recommend got a brisket panini the flavor was amazing also the salad was so crisp and fresh tasting.

They have some of the best brisket sandwiches I've had. Great wings too. Definitely recommend!!

Staff was very friendly and explained how their menu worked to this first timer.
I had half pizza and half salad. The pizza was excellent, and the Greek salad devine.
Looks like they serve beer, wine and I saw a sign for margaritas.
Will definitely go again.

Great new restaurant in the area, awesome salads!! They also have great pizza! Haven't tried these items but I saw on the menu that they have paninis, pasta, wings, gelato, margaritas and beer! Best salads I've seen in the area in 20 years.

I love this place! Great joint to bring the family for some delicious, healthy pizza or just sit, have a drink and munch!! Comfortable indoor seating and an outdoor patio with live music on Friday nights!!!

The staff in the owner is really wonderful. Great service, great food, and a good price especially the combos.

Pleasant dining experience. My vegetarian cheese pizza was deliciously amazing. The crust is unique, there's no other pizza chain that compares to Urban Bricks.

Have been here a handful of times, and pleased with each. The first time my kid and I went, the ladies behind the counter (before Covid) loved showing off the pizza oven to my son (and me, I might have been a wee bit impressed with it myself, the thing has some WOW factor!). They were very patient in explaining the menu options, coupon options, and gave my son samples of the gelato so he could better decide. Another time we visited, we met up with some neighbors there, and we had a very nice time joking with some staff, and enjoyed our meals. The last time we went (after Covid), we placed an order online, and requested it be ready by 4:30pm, but the pizza wasn't even started until we arrived at the window. We waited there, and for 1 whole
special order (large), and one half a pepperoni, it took a surprisingly short amount of time. When it was brought to the window, I explained that I hadn't used the order system before, and I asked if we had done something incorrectly, to hinder our order being ready at the right time (had I missed a step in ordering). The young lady who brought the pizza to the window came straight out with the fact that it was her fault, she had seen the order, but got sidetracked with something else, and gave a sincere apology. I'll never be upset with a delay, when it's handled with integrity, especially by someone so young! Also, try a chicken, mushroom, and feta cheese pizza! Delicious!

Had lunch with staff. Friendly wait staff and quick service. Had the shroom pizza different but tasty.

Staff is really friendly. The food was made fresh and really fast! I was able to get my 2 favorite pizzas in one. Can't wait to try the salads next! The app doesn't work, but that's not the location's fault

Our first time here and it was the right choice our food was absolutely perfect the staff was great we were very impressed.. my wife who really doesn't like pizza was totally pleased

Young staff and unfortunately it lives up to the stereotype. It would be great with some customer service training and support.

Update: I received a call from the manager of the restaurant asking for some examples of my visits and truly listened to me. I was verry surprised to hear from her and because of that I would continue doing business with them. Thank You!!!

I love love love this place! Me and my little family went for the 1st time on 11-27-19 and I had no complaints whatsoever. the fact that you get to build your own pizza is amazing! We will be back again today to bring my mom and dad to try it. Thank you urban bricks!

The place is brand new ,and I was very excited to try it ! There is a lot of high schoolers working there so they’re for sure new to customer service and still learning recipes etc because it is. New establishment..the food was good ,we tried the pizza and pastas ! Roland was my pizza builder and he was soooooo had a smile on his face ,explained how everything worked and was very nice ! I will definitely tell my friends about this place

Fantastic pizza. I changed my rating, Brad... lol... We got 4 of the 5 dollar pizzas & they were sensational! Hey Brad, I tried to call your pizza joint just now to pay them a huge compliment, but your lines were too busy, anyway, the pizza is still fantastic & I joined the dough club... LOL 😂
