This stay was very pleasant they had breakfast every morning with the waffles n syrup and what not and it's a very quiet hotel which is very nice and sometimes hard to come by all though what they don't tell you when book online through third party is that there is a 50-100$ deposit that takes kind of a long time to go back to your card. Mine is still pending hasn't come back to my card yet.

My preference when booking a room for a week of burying salami with two or three of my more flexible best friends, I like my accomodations to match the dignity of what I am up to. To me, this is a form of integrity, so I am looking for the type of place that matches the anticipated spunk load. Do you think any of my dates would be appealing if they were infested with bugs, or that I keep roaches as pets? Don't blame me I don't like bugs where I am getting into max awareness and sensitivity. That is why I bring bug bomb, one blast clears the crawlers for 10 days when all I need is seven. If you people would have the bugs cleared before I get there, I could provide with you more stars in this review which is editable, thank you being open to non-bs feedback, that alone earns my respect, of course and thank you. Honestly, our stay was great. The only complaint that I have is that the room was extremely hot once we got in. We had to wait for about an hour or two for the room to be cool. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was clean too, except for a minor stain on the wall and one tiny cockroach on the floor (which was dead, I'm sure they had exterminated prior to people using the room). They provide clean towels, but we didn't use any. Their shower got the job done.
They do serve breakfast. Their variety of food is great! Early bird gets the worm. If you want to eat well, then make sure to get to the breakfast while it is still being served. I see a lot of people complaining, but our stay was okay. I can't complain, you get more than what you pay for if you ask me. Our neighbors were quiet and polite, and so were we.
I'm not taking any stars because our stay was good.

If you are considering this hotel for your accommodation needs while in Houston, before you jump on the defamatory & libelous bandwagon, remember that it is also a family's home, one that overcame oppressive odds to make the US of A their new nation & invested every thing they had including their heart & soul just for a chance at the American dream. Several if not all members of the family live/work onsite in order to keep their little hotel-that -could afloat. Irrespective of how "much" (between $30-$79/night) you pay for your stay, these hardworking, honest, & respectful/courteous folks contribute priceless time, sweat, & tears into working with what they were blessed to share with you a place, if only temporary, that you too can call home. My childhood home was a dilapidated (2bd/1bth) "single-family" home for our extended anything but singular fambam of 12-14 members, which we struggled to pay $2500 mortgage each month. And guess what? --at $84/day we are also were required to fend off the occasional pest, bug, odor, or noise & didnt have the luxury of simply raise our noses, scoffing at the owners, & self-righteously demanding perfection---or else! As our home, we took pride in it & swiftly stepped-up to eradicate any minor annoyance ourselves first. And did more with less, as we understood that as much as we were burdened & shocked by its sticker price, we living in South Central LA had no other option any less expensive & were grateful for the shabby yet no less a home than the luxury ones, that our little casita-that-could provided for all of us.

Kudos to "Ro", the front desk agent that was of service to me. He was friendly, professional, efficient and assigned me a room that was clean, spacious, working mini fridge/micro combo & HVAC unit, with "dated" yet comfy furniture...oh about the one roach I encountered? rather than photographing & displaying it to the world as a trophy, I spared its life by placing one the plastic wrapped sanitized cups & escorting to the dumpster on-site.
yeeeeeHaw! I luv visiting HTown ;-)

Nice area not bad price and Charlie Patel was extremely nice and very cool with helping me with my reservation. I really do enjoy staying with Days Inn when I need a hotel. Affordable and nice is all I need to be happy for a stay or two.

If there's one thing I love and appreciate is the fact that these people did not knock or interrupt my stay when my DO NOT DISTURB SUGN IS POSTED ON THE DOOR. Some hotel management and housekeepers don't know no boundaries...

Honestly for the price this hotel was amazing!!!!!! It was clean, like actually clean!!!! 2 full beds perfect for our family of four, clean restrooms, clean linens, clean towels, all we needed wrapped up in a bow! We will most definitely be staying at this location the next time we are in town. For the price would not stay anywhere else!!

Courteous and patient staff complete with non-intrusive housekeeping.

I had some vehicle trouble just as I was arriving. The staff was sympathetic, and didn't make life any worse than it had just gotten.

Housekeeping knocks, and *actually waits* for you to open the door -- instead of barging in with barely a warning.

Microwave snacks and ICE CREAM available in the lobby... at non-hotel prices!

Have breakfast, even during covid-19! (Including waffles!)

Currently staying here.... For all the negative comments you read, take it with a grain of salt. Some people expect a lot more for their money than what they get, plain and simple. For ~$55 a night, you can't expect the Ritz. , but the sheets are cleaned daily, has great free internet, same fridge and microwave you'd find at any Hampton Inn or something comparable.

I read a lot of comments about the staff, again, take it with a grain of salt. The staff is very friendly. Some people are hard to please and are the types to complain about a free house not having a pool. AGAIN, it's $55 a night... do not come expecting a brand new hotel with butler service.

My baby girl certainly enjoyed herself. Btw this is mine of those hotel that charge you in the initial price for the free breakfast but when we got there was told that they no longer do due to coronavirus restrictions. Wtfe. Good price if not not for that.

Pretty good hotel. There seemed to be a few guests who were staying longer term, possibly living there. There were no issues with the room or staff though and the girls was very clean and welcoming. I'd stay there again as there are several dining options right next door and close by.

Only one thing to look for in a cheap motel: is it clean? Nothing else really matters, this isn't luxury. It was clean and comfortable and the showers were hot. Five stars for a cheap place to crash.

Overall, a very standard Days Inn experience. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay. The location is a bit far from everything, but that's not too big of a deal.

We had a quick trip to Houston and this hotel was great! They had a good security camera system that watched the whole parking lot. All the employees were friendly enough. Our room was very clean and everything worked as expected. Great water pressure. The bed was too soft or “well used” so it wasn’t super comfortable but it was okay. I felt safe walking around the parking lot as it’s fenced in. There is no view at this hotel just buildings. The breakfast was decent and fresh and I would bring a family here. I would come here again.
