Actually wasn’t that expensive as I thought prices range $25–$180 . They had serval shoes $56-$70.

I called to find the availability of a particular work shoe because their other location didn't have it. The associate answering the phone was more than accommodating in looking for the shoe and even offered to hold it for me (2 hour hold) until I get there. When I got there, his colleagues were just as friendly, competent and efficient. No fuss, no attitude, no pressure. They were always within reach if I needed anything. If only all businesses were like that. By the way, I also got a free pair of socks with the purchase of a new shoe. Don't know if that was a temporary promotion or permanent thing with WSS since it was my first time buying there.

The service there was pretty good. The lady noticed I had 2 different sizes in a box and I didn't notice that. She corrected it and got me the right size which made my sunz day. Glad we made it out with the right size and style. Thanks

Great prices and very friendly employees. I had about 3 employees walk up to check on me while I was there. Overall, the shopping center the store is located in isnt the best and they have a security guard that stands at the front of the store. But I will definitely return for the great deals!

My experience was great they're always nice when you go in there and they always remind you that you have points that is a A+

I am from LA California and been going to this store for years. Its so many all over Los Angels and it is a great store to shop for shoes at a great price. They always got lots of great sales and i was happy when they expanded the stores to Houston Texas. It feel great to get a taste of home.

WSS stores have always been my favorite shoe retailer. Can't believe they opened one here. I was visiting my cousins in town and I saw the logo and I immediately knew it! The stores are always clean and organized. They alwayshave the selection of shoes I am looking for. Not to mention , the customer service is on point. So happy!

Great store I used to shop at the ones in California all the time, and now that is here in Houston, one of my favorite stores. Employees are nice and friendly always asking for help. Will definitely recommend this store to anybody out here in Houston Texas.

Service was great. They were quick to help me right away and the prices are pretty reasonable as well. I just want to thank my girl and WSS for hooking me up.

Very nice employees, one woman helped us place an online order for a shoe that was not in stock and recommended good shoe cleaners.
