Been working with Radford Dimmick for about two years now on estate and divorce issues and I am completely satisfied with his efforts. Seems to have represented himself and the case well in court. Has won every motion set forth and is very social and great at explaining matters of law to me as a client. His billing is always concise and ledgible. As far as I am concerned he has done an excellent job representing me in my cases and is easy to get a hold of even on some weekends.

Mr. Dimmick was my attorney for a couple of years handling constant conflicts and changes with my child's Parenting Plan. Mr. Dimmick was always prompt in responding to my messages or phone calls. Wow there's so much that I can say about Mr. Dimmick! My stepfather died with a substantial estate. Unfortunately he didn't leave a will. Mr. Dimmick explained the process in layman's terms. He also communicated to the family every step that he would take . Not only did he keep us informed, he also periodically gave us personal phone calls just to see how we were doing. He was totally available to answer any questions in a timely manner. Losing a loved one can be stressful and the legal process can be difficult to navigate, but Mr. Dimmick was both profesand caring. caring. I highly recommend this attorney 100%!

Radford is very gifted in his ability to navigate the turbulent waters of Family disputes, Trust Law, and the Courts. He helped us achieve a more than satisfactory outcome in a matter involving sibling co-trustees that were acting improperly. He's a lawyer's lawyer! I've been practicing law for 23 years...but there are things that even I don't know. When i run into one of those, I call Rad Dimmick. He has represented me in multiple matters, not the least of which was a breach of contract on the sale of our primary home. The buyer backed out last minute with no reason... the Realtor said "Oh well... this happens. We will just sell it to somoene else". ??? I said What??? "THIS doesn't happen... at least not legally!". We now have two homes, and the guy was not willing to close on our home. So ... sadly we had to sue him. I called Rad Dimmick, and within 10 months (a record for that kind of lawsuit)... we had a judgment for the closing of our home, plus a quite large sum of damages on top of the purchase price... including all attorney fees. WHOA... what a relief. I know that i could not have done that myself.
