Happily surprised with the stay! When checking in, the front desk agent was super friendly and very helpful. The room looked very clean and maintained as well! Yes it is a little bit out dated but for a short stay it is perfect. Especially if you realize that parking and breakfast are included! How wonderful! The price for sure matched the expectations and I would definitely come back again!

Beautiful room and view. They let us check in late with our family and the kids really enjoyed it as well. So accommodating!! And not to mention the breakfast. It was sooo good. Glad to see that back in hotels. Definitely recommend.

My husband of 45 years passed away on 7 September, 2021. I moved out of my home on October 1st. I have stayed at most hotels in Houston, Tx and across the world. The employees make the difference. The accomdations are exceptional... Breakfast is great.. Beverages 24 hrs. It feels like home. My 94 yr. old mother has been here with me, I can't leave her for even 5 minutes. The front desk, housekeeping and maintence are exceptional. If my mom ventures out someone will bring her back to our room. We feel safe and well cared for. If you have the opportunity please stay here any enjoy the at home experience with exceptional service..Sincerely, Carrie and Nona

Everything was spot-on from the website. Check-in process was a breeze. Swimming pool was very clean. Breakfast was well-stocked and filling, and the room was spotless and comfortable. This is great if you want a great stay without shelling a hundred dollars a night and have breakfast included. Kudos to the staff for keeping us and other guests comfortable and safe. Will come back!

They are under construction but the front desk is amazing. Ive stayed there several times now. Sometimes i stay a week or more and they get am A+ in my book especially when it comes to hospitality. The daytime front desk girl is the assistant manager and she is by far the sweetest and coolest cat in town! She's helpful and goes out of her way to accommodate you!

Our house flooded and we needed a place to stay. This hotel was nearby and reasonably priced. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy to get into and well lighted at night. They will probably see more of us as house repairs go on.

Enjoyed our visit. Hotel packed because of Our Jehovah's witness convention. They were great. Friendly staff. Clean building. Never seamed overwhelmed , even when almost everyone comes down for breakfast at the same time.

This is a great place. Very clean. Front desk and maintenance staff are very attentive, polite and professional. Most importantly, they are pet friendly with area to walk dogs, they even provide poopy bags :)
Next time we visit Houston, we definitely will stay here.

They are under construction but almost done with the lobby, it's going to look great! The owner and all the staff are super friendly. I stay there whenever I am in town and the gentleman that works the 2pm to 10pm shift always remembers me. He is very professional. Looking forward to remodel completion. Great place for price and location!

I simply love this hotel, everytime i stay here. I get a friendly hello and very nice staff who if i ever had a problem they right away took care off it. The rooms are big, spacey and very clean. The beds are comfortable and no and i mean absolutely no bed bugs like those other hotels, so when im in Houston this where i stay if my job is on the north side.

Terrible service, no help at all in the front desk. I didn't stay.
This time service was excellent.
Afternoon recepcionist dedicated only to watch his phone. Mean guy if he doesn't like to help he shouldn't work there.

Pretty new and amenities were nice. Breakfast was well stocked. Staff was friendly. Will come back soon!

Well I'm a constant guest always had a great stay
Until last week !!
I checked in with my reservation and went to my room 309 it was not clean !! AC DID NOT WORK RIGHT It was a used room OOPS!!
So they gave us another room 303 which had left over condoms left behind !! From a previous guest I assume...
Then !!
This past Monday July 5th I checked in again from a 3hr drive !!!
Got room 112!!!
Lol there were left over beer cans under the table a bag of tobacco from cigars left behind a chair in the corner !!!😳
missing towels and extra toilet paper !!!
I LOVE THE BLACK OUT CURTAINS AND AC worked great !!!
OVER ALL I LOVE LA QUINTA
I JUST THINK YALL NEED BETTER HOUSEKEEPERS !! OR AT LEAST RETRAIN THEM TO LOOK CAREFULLY AROUND A ROOM BEFORE THEY CHECK IT DONE !!...

I've been staying here for a few weeks now while I've been waiting for a few things in my life to finalize. I have few, if any, things to complain about. It is clean, everything in the room is functional, the staff has always been personable and friendly, and most importantly I feel very safe. Many good places to eat and shop for groceries are within walking distance. This is a very good hotel.

This la Quinta in northwest Houston is a great place to stay if your staying in Houston. Renovated new and has a gym that works! Breakfast is from 7-10 am and the room service workers were friendly and gave extra towels. Definitely recommended and is close to downtown HTOWN area as well as surrounding areas

I stayed here with my family for two nights. We got room 160 and it was great. two beds, tv, microwave and fridge. Bathroom was clean and with hot water all the day. No bad smells, no insects, simply it was perfect. My wife was amazed because of the room. We where near the pool, but I can say the room is not noisy at anytime. breakfast was good, as in all La quinta inns we have visited. There's a big parking lot around the hotel and by night there is a guard that is watching and walking around the property. restaurants like Luby's are very near from here and you are about 20 min distance from downtown on low traffic days.

This is my second stay at la quintas. The rooms are good. The staff is accomodating and understanding. I was given a room which had a strong smell of cigrate smoke (even though the room was designated non smoking), however the staff was quick to move me to another non smoking room. They have continental breakfast, however its only 8:30am, so for those like me who love to sleep in till late, we are out of luck. They usually have a large amount of parking and can accommodate trailers and vans easily. The rooms I stayed in were clean. Besides this they have the standard fitness and swimming facilities.
