Kroger

This store is always so clean and organized. As well as pretty well stocked. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a very well ran store. I love their deals and fuel points. Every little bit saved matters.

I LOVE Kroger in Madison! Very clean and organized shelves. Lots of selection with off brand and brand name items. Their meats are fantastic and dairy is the best! (They have Purity milk) The staff is always super friendly!

Kroger has always been my favorite food store.

All of the staff seems experienced and friendly. I move to Madison about 3 years ago I left a positive review a little over a year and a half ago about this Kroger's but it has lowered and quality. I've noticed there's been a change of Staff here since my last post Elizabeth however seems to not have let NE changing of quality go I have noticed quality leaving and some of the other employees and even what seemed to be a manager. She not just this visit but every visit I come that she is working she is always quick to assist and there is never any long lines when she is on the registers there seems to always be some long lines when she's not here. Kroger should really consider putting her in management training for the cashier section because she knows her stuff better than the managers here. I edited this 11/14/2017

Great selection of grocery and produce items. Went early and there were no lines and parking was easy!

The cashier was very good. Products were good as usual but no eggplant! The bagger was Ok but cooperated when told to change something. Plenty of motorized carts as that is what I need with my back problems. All in all a pleasant experience. Thanks Kroger!

The Kroger in Donaldson is so very very well stocked, the personal are happy to help you find the things your looking for, they always have time for you.They always get you through the checkout lines quick.They are always smiling n.very helpful n friendly. You have a great crew,Managers are also out on the floor helping there employees. I HAVE BEEN TO STORES,THAT ARE NOT HELP FULL AT ALL. If you would like me too I can tell you about them. Always stocked well with all items I buy. Store is busy but not crowded. Checkout is fairly quick until after 10:0 pm.. parking is always crowded.

They have madebig changes. The meat dept is killer, great that they r moving away from ALL pre packaged meat n giving more of a fresh selection. They gave Changed alot of pricing errors, Kroger has made prices alot more reasonable. Real happy bout that, hell even the security lady is cool. She always got a kind word. It just works...

I appreciate the work these folks are doing every day (and have been doing) during COVID. Their staff is always extremely considerate of distance and I can tell work very hard. They are appreciated.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at this location for working so hard during these times! I know you guys are taking a risk everyday doing something that doesn't seem that big to some but, I thank you! It's nice being able to get the things I need and deal with nice people while doing it! Store is in Madison, so you're going to see a lot of strange things here, but it's nice and clean. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.
