AVOID THIS OFFICE! I think the desk staff is a JOKE! I also think they are the lazy! The office manager Sam and Mary made my anxiety worse because they were supposedly handling my FMLA and short term disability paperwork but my employer disagrees. My employer called several times and left multiple voicemails but no callbacks, faxes, emails, nothing. Avoidance at its best! When I called for my records, I was told their “Internet was down” but I researched outages in Pleasanton and not a one! I think they were lying and being spiteful. In my case, they blamed the patient when they did wrong but refused to admit it. Again, AVOID THIS OFFICE!

I have called the office since January trying to set up an appointment no one as answer and no body has bother to call back yes of course voicemail is full because no one checks the voicemail

Don't know how Dr. Villarreal got 5 stars. You all need to stop lying.
