Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville Southeast - Antioch, an IHG Hotel

I have not been to a Holiday Inn/Express for some years.

Fair priced at about $161 per night and that was after taxes

I stayed in a King suite with a soak / jacuzzi tub. A vanity station and nice size dressing area.

The shower head was amazing!!!
I've been on the road for 20 days now and it is the best by far shower head yet.

A really nice size room, clean and comfortable.

There are two things that I think need to be addressed and that would be dusting, pretty much all over - look up and in corners to run the long stick duster every couple of days or so would be ideal.

There was also a little bit of a musty/dingy smell in the carpet by the chair which was by the bed. I have a super sensitive nose and it was not super pleasant when sitting in the chair.

I don't know how often you all clean your carpets, I'm thinking it's not too often at all - as with many hotels, but it should really be a thing.

Service was great and the breakfast had several options.

Bagels, pancakes, biscuits and gravy - which I was not too big of a fan of the gravy, but the biscuits were good.
Three different types of cereal, chocolate milk and regular milk. Several choices of yogurt And danish's / muffins.
Orange juice/apple juice / cranberry juice and of course coffees.

I am a member of another big hotel chain and one specific brand always offers lemon or lemon/strawberry or cucumber water.
My personal opinion is that water should be offered free of charge to all hotel patrons at all times.

I would definitely stay at this Antioch / Nashville Tennessee location again.

I took a video and thought I could post it on here, which I have not done before because I usually post pictures.

I stayed in room 222 and where I'm sure another unit could hear me running my jacuzzi / soak tub, I definitely heard another room running there's. With the running of the water and the Jets the noisiness lasted about 30 minutes.

I did give five stars and did not want to rate any lower for these suggestions / information pieces because I am in a hotel, not a standalone house.

We truly enjoyed our experience at this hotel! After a horrible experience at a previous hotel, we contacted the front desk late at night, and a gentleman named Lee answered the phone. I explained what the issues were at out current hotel, and he politely said, come here and we'll take care of you! My family and I quickly checked out of the other hotel and headed over. He gave us a tour of the facility and made sure we were comfortable with the accommodations. Thank you for the hospitality Lee. My family and I appreciate you and we will definitely stay at this hotel again 😌

Very satisfied with this hotel. Security at night. Great hospitality. I was very comfortable at this hotel. After a long night of work the shower had great pressure, hot water lasted as long as you wanted it seemed like. I never ran out of hot water. The shower head adjusted to the messager flow. I loved it. I had my dog with me. She loved her stay there too. They had doggie business bags outside so the lawn was picked up. She gives it 5 stars too.

20-25 minutes from downtown Nashville, about an hour from burgess falls! This hotel was clean, quiet and a great place to stay!

Shower had great water pressure! Bed was super comfortable and sheets were soft and clean!

Parking is free which is huge! They also have electric plug ins if needed.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. Spotless breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of good breakfast foods.

I had messed up my reservation, but the front desk agent graciously worked everything out.

The best rate for my room was on the Holiday Inn Express website.

This Holiday Inn was amazing between the rooms being so immaculate and clean also comfortable. All the staff were amazing also very helpful and accommodating, truly made our trip. Thank you All for making us comfortable

This is by far the very best Holiday Inn Express that I have ever stayed in! Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about the stay. From booking the room (special shout out for Jessica who helped me with reserving the room and went above and beyond to assist me. I cannot thank her enough), to the staff during check-in and checkout, everyone was friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn. You will not be disappointed!

This is our second time in two weeks staying at this hotel while traveling for vacation. The first time was amazing and the rooms were immaculate. The second time we had an issue booking with general reservations and them messing up so I was upset until I got a personal call from the hotel general manager apologizing and correcting the issue!

Sharon at front desk was friendly, helpful and had a beautiful personality. Room was clean and orderly, bathroom was spacious and shower was great. Breakfast was awesome.

The staff is very friendly and professional.
The rooms are nicely decorated abs the beds are so comfortable. I had a great night sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great place!

Can't say enough about this place. It's always clean. It seems that the staff is always happy to see you and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy as well. I wish everyone could stay here at least once.

Amazing hotel for the price area around is a little rough and I’ve heard some things from coworkers who’ve stayed but I’ve not had any issues. breakfast is what you’d expect at any hotel but you can’t beat free. The suites I have stayed in are always clean and very spacious and with the mini kitchen I’ve saved a lot of money instead of eating out

This was my first time there (property looks very new). They gave me a complimentary upgrade, so off to a good start. The location is very accessible to I-24, and very close to my daughter, whom I was visiting. About 12 miles to Nashville International too. I liked everything about it.

Very clean hotel. Wonderful staff. Comfortable beds. Breakfast selection was awesome. Very quiet. Would stay here again.

The hotel and rooms are modern and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with a large walk-in shower. Breakfast was good with plenty of space.

Loved the stay, all was great. I did knock service to 4 stars based on my check in. Overall the hotel is clean and in great condition.

This hotel was so nice! The room was large and clean. The pillows were comfortable. The shower was hot and water pressure good. It was very nice finishes as well. Tub shower combo. The staff was friendly. The food on the complementary breakfast was delicious with hot and cold choices. Omelets, sausage patties, and sausage links, and a warmed cinnamon roll is what we chose. The pool is extra large for a hotel pool. The water was perfect temp at 86 degrees. We will definitely be back.

Hands down the best stay I have had in a long time. I travel for work often and very rarely am I treated with the amount of professionalism and care that I received here. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attend to any of my needs. Sadly such amazing service is rare now days it seems but they made sure to uphold a standard of excellence that few others can
