Yogasaar

I've been following Aparna around town for years and am so pleased that she finally has her own studio. Her classes got me hooked on vinyasa yoga and motivated me to take her teacher training courses. I feel like a groupie!

Yogasaar offers quality and comprehensive classes and trainings for beginners and advanced students and teachers. I have taken classes with Aparna for over 5 years and I am continually learning. I recommend the 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training and I am fortunate to have this high quality training so close to home. Classes are challenging to my level and consistently balancing for mind and body. In Gratitude!!!

I've been to yoga studios around the world, and this one is fantastic because Aparna focuses on both the physical and mental aspects of yoga. It isn't a fancy studio, and we don't need that for effective yoga. We need a guide who truly embodies and teaches both the physical release of yoga and the mental clarity, which is part of every class. I am not a "yogi" but I can say that I feel better, think more clearly, and feel energized after every class. Thanks for creating a true yoga practice space Aparna.

I have been going to Yogasaar for several years now and each class has been energizing yet peaceful. All levels of yoga are seamlessly combined in a way that is professional and which everyone is made to feel comfortable. Each class is different and you go in wondering what new poses you will learn today and come out feeling like a new person :-) Highly recommended!

Not only is the owner of exceptional quality, but the teachers that she has gathered to teach and the unique activities and retreats are amazing. I have grown so much and in so many ways for having attended classes and activities with Aparna and Yogasaar.

Yogasaar is a loving space for yoga classes, teacher trainings, kirtan and more. It's managed by Aparna Levine, longtime yoga and meditation teacher. The schedule has a wide variety of classes with something for everyone.

Yogasaar and Aparna's teachings have become very important parts of my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
