Best Burger Barn

Island burger (with pineapple) was awesome. They got very busy but only had one staff handling both the bar and the restaurant. Great service anyhow. Nice atmosphere. Clean restroom. Tricky parking (typical downtown).

This is my first time here having lunch with my Nana. This building used to be an old warehouse where the Katy railroad workers repaired the old trains. I liked the atmosphere, and the food was delicious. They have a veggie burger, and my Nana got a hamburger. We shared a large basket of onion rings. The waitress was super friendly, and very nice. I definitely recommend eating here if you are in Denison.

1st time here. Got the Cody Burger, Chili Cheese Burger & Double Cheeseburger! 😋😋😋The onion rings are great as well. There were only 2 servers & the restaurant was full. They could do everything!! Bartend, take orders, serve & clean tables, very professional & polite. Hard workers for sure!!

Fast, friendly service in a rustic setting. Both the cheeseburger and BLT were super sized, the tots crispy delicious!

This was our second time going to Best Burger Barn. This time we had a club sandwich and a blt either fries and onion rings. They have the best blt and onion rings I've ever eaten. The wife got the club and fries. She said it was awsome. So far everything we've gotten at the Burger Barn has been fantastic. Can't wait to go back and try something else.

First time to pop in and try this place. Food was really good and so was the service. I had the Cody burger and fries. The burger sauce is a hit as well. My man ended up going with the frito chili pie. I'm not big on desserts but went with the birthday cake cheesecake Togo, that was way too good.

The food was delicious the waitress was nice and we ended up going on a night that had live music. The burgers were awesome and really juicy and fries just fresh enough and you could tell they were homemade

The prices are great! Old folks specials that I like are good food at a good price. Plenty of food, but not too much!

Took an afternoon Harley ride with my son to Denison. Googled biker bars and found this place. Turned out the food was outstanding! Service was very good and food came out quickly. Check out this cheese skirt on my burger! Prices are very reasonable. They have indoor seating and seating in an outdoor patio area. Will definitely stop again.

Very attentive staff! Every kind of burger creation you can think of. We tried the Gravy Train and the Island Burger. Very good! The do offer some other non-burger options.

The fries are fresh and hot. The chili burger I had was open faced with delicious chili sauce. My partner in crime enjoyed a buffalo burger that was well done. The house margarita was very citrusy with fresh orange and lime. Our waitress that day was sweet and made some great recommendations. Fried pickles, green beans and okra in an appetizer...yumminess

One of the best Burgers I have ever had! Amber makes the best Burgers and I just love seasonings she uses!! Great Job Amber and Kaye the bartender always great service!

First time eating here with my mom, never heard of this place until I found it on Google. I got the Steak Finger Basket & my mom got the new Mushroom Swiss Burger. Pretty good, we'll have to come back again ❤‍🔥

Scouting this place for a future motorcycle lunch ride. I am looking forward to bringing my friend here. This place was great. I loved the fried mushrooms. Patty Melt is a winner too.

A hole in the wall bar & grill. Ive eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. The prices are average but the food is slammin and they ain't stingy with it either. You should definitely try it out.

Based on the name, the reviews, and the ambience when walking in my expectations were high and the staff, cooks, and menu exceeded them! It was hands down the best burger I have had since moving to TX four years ago! If you love burgers even half as much as I do you should make the drive - it will be worth it!

This is under new ownership, it is Iron Horse Bar & Grill. Very tasty, had the chicken fried steak, salad and fries.

Great place to eat!! The buffalo burger is awesome! They have a great variety of burgers and other food on the menu! They have a great selection of beers on tap! Saturday’s are special with the Bloody Mary Bar from 11-3! And their banana pudding is excellent!! Oh and our waitress was outstanding!!! Thanks, Artwork!!!

Very good down-home style burger joint. There was live music the day I went and it was a wonderful way to end a day of shopping in downtown. The food was good I recommend that you try the fried cheese appetizers and the burger with grilled pineapple. There are also several dessert options made fresh daily such as cheesecake and bread pudding.
