I've been purchasing from Ivan since 2018. I've bought living room furniture twice and bedroom furniture. Top quality items. Will continue to support and refer potential buyers. The only downfall is purchasing the protection plan and if you don't use it, you get it back as store credit for a limited time. I would prefer that it gets reimbursed versus store credit, because I don't necessarily need to purchase anything at that time, but you giving me a time limit on the money I spent to purchase the plan.

Good pricing on quality furniture. Held I'm store until remodeling done then delivered promptly when we asked for it. Kept us informed on delivery & were on time. Will buy there again.

I went to Ivan Smith because our mattress had developed a hump. We had purchased it five years ago. The sales lady was awesome. She asked if I knew it had a warranty? I told her I was just gonna buy a new one. They sent a very nice man out to inspect our mattress. He approved the defect, and we went back the next day and picked a mattress. They delivered it four days later. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. I would highly recommend Ivan Smith and it’s staff to anyone.

Bought a sofa and love seat from Ivan, great experience! Salesman wasn’t pushy but was available for questions and assistance when the time came.

We recently purchased two recliners at Ivan Smith Furniture. My husband and I were both pleased . The quality and the service were excellent. Prices were much better than the other stores we had tried before. Plus I am very sensitive to chemicals and they have brands that are made in the USA. They have a large selection to choose from and Mr. James was patient and was very helpful. My husband's sleeper recliner had to be shipped and only took two days. Great store with great people. From now on we plan to buy our furniture from Ivan Smith.

Recently purchased a mattress, a couple of end tables and 3 lamps! Very satisfied with the sales lady (Lisa) who helped me, the merchandise & the delivery was fast and efficient!

My furniture was delivered, as promised, by two very nice young men. The only problem is that my 11 year old dog has decided the stuffed chair is hers.

Great service...very knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery and setup team was as awesome as the sales team.

I recently moved to Lufkin and needed living room furniture. I went to 2 other stores prior to going Ivan’s. The other stores had nice furniture but the sales associates followed me around not giving me space to “look around”. Due to this I left both stores. I then went to Ivan’s and was met at the door by Associate Lisa. She asked if she could help and I told her I wanted to look around and if I found something I would go find her. She gave me space and checked on me a few times but didn’t “follow me” throughout the store like the previous associates at the other stores. I found what I wanted and Lisa was extremely helpful with setting up financing, purchasing and delivery. Delivery was prompt and professional. I want to Thank Lisa, and employees at Ivan’s for a pleasant shopping experience. The furniture is quality and looks great in my new home 😊
