Coffee and baked goods are excellent. The ambiance is neat and cozy and the coffeehouse is nestled in an old building surrounded by a few other boutiques and shops. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and engaged in small talk.

The pumpkin bread was absolutely delicious and gosh look at the thickness of that slice. We had go get a second slice 😋 We love supporting small local businesses when we travel, and found this place via google search. Definitely recommend trying them.

Pros: outdoor seating, plenty of indoor seating, delicious savory and sweet snacks, seasonal drinks
Cons: some of the drinks are bland

They have the most delicious kolachies I've ever eaten! Their blackhole latte is strong on bitter cacao flavor. Decent chai and matcha lattes too. Their Standpipe latte was bland, it was the only thing I tried that I wouldn't recommend but it's not undrinkable. I really like their outdoor seating. Good place to come hang out and relax or chat and enjoy some tasty munchies. An excellent coffee shop.

I am sharing my experience visiting this lovely coffee shop in downtown Lufkin. I stopped by here yesterday on my way back to STL from the Lake Livingston area. The spacious interior of the coffee shop is beautifully designed, with ample tables and seats available for everyone to chat, catch up on work, or relax. The atmosphere of the place is so inviting that it feels like a perfect spot to hang out and unwind. I recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable spot to grab a coffee or spend quality time with friends or colleagues.

I ordered a large iced criminal to go with three pastries, including scones and kolaches. They were delicious!

The service was fast, and the staff was super friendly. I enjoyed my pit stop here! I recommend this place to those who live in Lufkin or those who are stopping by like I did.

This place is great to buy coffee with really friendly staff that will help you along the way! They have a special going on where they're working with Stone Cold Steve Austin to come up with a new Brew of coffee called Stone Cold Steve coffee. I recommend to go in there and ask for that cup of coffee because it's the best!

Such a cute coffee shop! Love the unique drink options they have here. The criminal was really good! Their merchandise is so cute, and the coffee was amazing. Baristas we're awesome, they were all very nice and helpful.

The experience of this coffee place is awesome. Love the atmosphere and the vibe it gives. most places burn my tongue because how hot it is, this is the perfect temperature and I got the Criminal coffee which is extremely tasty.

Atmosphere is kind of dry. It's a great place to hang out in downtown lufkin. I'm a usual here because of there criminally good coffee.

I am from NY and decided to find a local coffee shop instead of going to Starbucks. I must say that I made the perfect choice coming here. I ordered a “Criminal” with oat milk and I am very pleased. The drink is delicious and just makes you want more. Thank you for not only an amazing drink but wonderful service as well.

I adore this place! My lattes are always crafted with love and taste so darn good. I've also tried the blueberry muffin 10/10. The banana bread; taste wise was good but texture wise I couldn't make it through. The atmosphere is beyond inviting ❤ looking forward to trying more items!

My husband and I enjoyed yummy pumpkin bread, delicious caramelized pear cake, a Criminal Latte and an Irish Lodge Latte, during the Friendsgiving Market today. We had to add sweetener to our lattes, because we enjoy very sweet coffee drinks. Otherwise, the lattes were perfect. The coffee shop was very busy, warm (on the first cold day of the year), and inviting. Their restrooms were clean and well-maintained. Recommended: Try the caramelized pear cake! You won't regret the choice!

Awesome place. Eclectic and cozy at the same time. Best thing: PET FRIENDLY. My visit was very pleasant as I was traveling with my dogs and I asked if we could maybe sit outside with them, the barista not only welcomed me, but also invited me to bring my dogs inside. What an amazing surprise. Pet parents will understand the feeling. I had an ice mocca and it was delicious. This is a jewel in the heart of Lufkin.

Standpipe is my go to for coffee in Lufkin. It's a nice place to sit and visit. The chocolate chip cookie and scones are my favorite treats. I eat the greek salad with chicken more often than I'd like to admit (this is only on weekdays). The workers are very friendly and provide quick service.

Very chill, artsy, rustic atmosphere. The baristas were great and I loved my drink! Also talked to a friendly fellow costumer. All around awesome place👌✨

Spent a great day discovering Lufkin last week, The Standpipe Coffee house was a great space and offered delicious and creative goodies. It has a great vibe and a super friendly staff. We really enjoyed it and sure you will too. It gets a big rawr of approval from my smoll friend Leo.

Love this place! We stumbled upon it while driving around on a Sunday. My husband loves the white chocolate mocha and I love the criminal blended/hot. My kids even got in on the blended caramel and fig scones. This place is definitely better than Starbucks!

First time visit. I had hazelnut latte & hubby had the Standpipe latte...both hot. Also had blueberry muffin & cherry scone. Coffee was perfect temp and rich Coffee flavor. Both pastries were delicious. Why would anyone go to Starbucks!

Great tasting coffee! Smooth, strong and no bitterness. Awesome atmosphere, laid back and great downtown location. I travel all over the u.s. on work doing expedite delivery and I will definitely be back here to get coffee whenever in the area again....update** delivered in the area again and made it back to this awesome coffeehouse!

Went to the coffee shop for the first time few mornings back. The atmosphere was great, we sat on the front porch to enjoy our coffee and pumpkin bread. Both the bread and coffee were delicious. Lots of folks came and went while we enjoyed our fellowship.
