We loved it! It's a big store and so amazing.

This store that’s called dude stop is not a very good professional how they run the store with the attitude always make everybody feel uncomfortable and unwelcome how do you suppose to get customers if you not feeling them welcome don’t even have good communication brighter for those people to play the machine always have a whole bunch of homeless people letting them beg in front of the store

The store is not bad but it’s Tooo bad Gyros Hero is not there anymore. I was shocked to know that they closed. I had lunch there every day. Very disappointed that I won’t get my favorite gyros again.

How is it that there are so many water restrictions within the Westchase District, yet they have their sprinklers running all throughout the day. Also, they should really put a gate up against the fences of the nearby apartments. The customers are cutting fences to get to the store, however, they are coming through in unsafe areas for the employees snd tenants. We understand this is a new business but they seem to be a liability. Other than that, gas prices are good but safety for customers and staff seems to not be a priority and thats not ok. People hide behind the garbage cans and on the side of the building near the apartments. Also, please respect the water regulations in the area and that my friend is respecting and conserving the water source that is provided for the neighborhood.

Advertising they have money orders, but when you go inside they claim, “We don’t know where the machine went”. Like really?? So unprofessional and I’m sure they will be shut down as quick as they opened. They shouldn’t be advertising the Shell name at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. Someone needs to put a manger in there with good sense at all times.

Awful the night manager is a bleep not a nice guy rude to customers we got into it and I told him I talked to his manager and he said bleep my manager so I said next time I record him and let his manager hear him and all them they banned me lol and then told some crackhead about the situation and he came out and assaulted me with a cane bad place rude people crackhead and dope dealers always hanging out be careful

If I could give 0 start I would. Very dirty restrooms and staff is complete unprofessional. They need to hire new staff ASAP if they want to stay open. Lots of people with attitude problems. Terrible place to go buy a snack or add gas to car. Terrible.
