Target

Target is my new go÷to store for most of my shopping. Super clean brightly lighted, always shiny clean floors. The Target employees are always smiling at us customers and will to help. NO MORE shopping at the big "W".

We loved it. The bottled water was even cheaper than at the 99 Cents Only Stores or Walmart, etc. They have a big parking lot and shopping carts which make it easy to carry heavy items. This Target store is clean and we did our First self-checkout this time. We bought apples and milk products too since we learned that they carry groceries too. Yay Target!

People who work at the customer service very nice and helpful. They have a positive attitude. They put on hold for me items that the curbside erased and paid in store for me.

I actually really enjoy this Target location! It’s close to my apartment, it’s the perfect size for a quick in & out run, self checkout is always open, the shelves are usually stocked & the inventory is plentiful overall, it’s clean & inviting, the staff is super friendly: especially the Drive Up crew! They’re always quick & professional & ready for me as soon as I park with a smile. Parking is also abundant. 5/5 stars!

Cindy from starbucks is amazing!!! She had a long line but made time go fast by keeping a conversation with us the whole time. And she’s brilliant at helping you find a drink when you’re indecisive. Will definitely be going back to her!!

Kim at the Starbucks was extremely helpful and even made us a new drink when we didn’t like the one we got! (We ordered the wrong one by accident) super nice guy! Ask for him when y’all are here!

This is among the best Targets I've visited. The store offers a diverse range of products, with an impressive selection of clothes and stationery. Overall, everything was well-organized and the store was clean.

Literally THE BEST PEOPLE working here! First, I could not find a rug I saw online. The young man helped me by going to 2 aisles and finally found it in the back. Next, I was having a lot of trouble getting my Red card reward and they did not get annoyed or tired of me. In fact, the young man at the self-checkout and Abdul at guest services both acted happy to help me repeat the transaction several times to get the promo. The kindest and most patient and gracious people on earth work at this Target. Thank you for putting up with me and for helping me stay in my budget today!

I love my neighborhood Target. It's in a great location and finding merchandise is easy because of how organized it is. I can easily spend two hours looking at everything. The store felt very safe due to everybody wearing a mask and the greeter cleaning the carts.

The customer service is always great. Upon walking in, I had the greeter welcome me in and complimented my shirt which was very nice. I then had Dominique also welcome me in as well and tell me about the rewards card. When browsing for my groceries I was asked if I needed help by an associate who was restocking the cereals. It was very nice to have her ask me if I needed help because they were in the middle of a project and I thought that was very thoughtful and customer first mentality (some other businesses don't see if the customers are doing well when they are restocking/replinishing). While checking out, I had Dominique come over, take an item off that I accidentally scanned twice, and was very nice and positive about it. Dominique then mentioned the rewards program again. Though I didn't sign up, it was great hearing about it when I first walked in then again at check out. Dominque was extremely friendly from the beginning and super nice and helpful. Shout out to not only Dominque, but also everyone else who I encountered who made my experience great. Y'all are fantastic!

I love shopping at Target. They always have great deals especially in clearance sections. All the employees are super friendly. Quite silence environment makes me to concentrate more while shopping.

I had ordered an item thru the app and went to pick it up. The line was pretty long at the service desk and after a few minutes Jennifer P. came over and asked if anyone was just there for a pickup. I was the only one and she quickly took care of my order. I decided to get a few more things and went to checkout and there was Jennifer P. again on a register this time. She waved me over and quickly took care of me again. She was very happy and friendly. It was a pleasure to see someone so willing to help and more than once at that. Jennifer P. will be the reason I go back to this store. Stellar employee!!!! She's a keeper!!!!

I always receive good service at this Target. I’m not one to share reviews often but I had a REALLY bad experience at another Target which led me to post the 5 star rating for this location. I can only imagine how challenging it is to manage a retail store in one of the busiest areas of Houston, so to continually receive good service and respect, speaks volumes. I’m not disappointed when I shop at this Target and I’m not hard to please. Being a customer, my only ask is to receive decent service and it is achieved at this Target. I can see why the rating at this store is high. Might be a good example for other Target stores to follow. I’m happy this one is closer to my home.

The staff here always has one or two sharp, witty employees on duty when I’m around, it seems. Consistently a delight - I’m NOT a fan of self checkout, but when the cashier heard me muttering like an insane person, she checked me out ON the self checkout. She was so immediately gracious, I felt ridiculous *right* away.
Great people. That counts for a lot.

Target is a staple in my consumerist purchases. They always have a clean and organized store, a large selection of various products to choose from. I enjoy the cute deals section, often in front of the store, that have seasonal and everyday items that have good quality and design for very affordable prices. I am a fan of several of their clothing lines available such as Knox Rose and their sales. Target is not only convenient for everyday items but it also holds fun items that easily turn into a friend shopping day or a treat yourself experience.

Brandon in the electronic department did an exceptional job. He had full knowledge of the apple products I was asking and even knew his inventory/stock. I give him the highest remarks and will come back based on my great experience that he was able to provide. While helping me he was also assist multiple customers while delegating his team appropriately. If he is not in a leadership role, then I must assist that he should be recommended and reviewed. Your statistics will only go up with him leading the way.

I recently purchased a laptop online at this location. The price was incredible, just what I needed. So ordered, and about two hours later and it was ready for pickup, all I had to do was show my ID at the counter. Super easy, would recommend.

The hat was so cute for the dog and my dog ​​loved it🐶
