I just found out that I'm flat footed which in turn has been causing lower back pain, hip pain, knee pain, leg weakness and pain and also foot pains and I never even thought about it being from flat feet. They were awesome and got me setup with some great arch support insoles for my current work shoes and they also helped me find some great walking shoes with great arch support which I have put on layaway. I would recommend Brown's shoe fit to everyone, they are absolutely wonderful.

The fine folks here sold me some new Tennis Shoes called "Hoka" and they are something else! Nothing Good is seldom inexpensive, and my feet feel better than they have in years! THANK YOU NICE LADY for the tennis shoes that make me stand up straight and no longer pronate!

My husband was at Brown's for new shoes, he bought 3 pairs. Great service, very knowledgeable salesperson. Reminds me of shoes stores from when I was a kid they sit down and help you put your shoes on.

My wife and I visited this store looking for high quality shoes and an opportunity to try them on to ensure a proper fit. The store is over an hour drive. We were both very pleased with the service and the three pairs of shoes we purchased. Definitely would recommend them. Thanks.

Awesome customer service, great prices

Had to go back in a few times because shoes I ordered didn't fit right. Rielle was so sweet and patient every time! And very knowledgeable too. She found me exactly the kind of shoes and inserts I was needing for my bad lower back. Not only are they comfortable, but she helped me find orthotic inserts that are going to correct how I walk and resolve some issues.
Was a great experience all around, I'll definitely try and buy here when I need shoes from now on.

What a wonderful place to find a comfortable shoe! A wide selection in all widths and sizes. And the guy who works there, Colten, was so friendly and helpful. His knowledge of shoes that will work for your feet is amazing. No pressure to make a sale, he just wanted to find the right shoe for my foot issues. I highly recommend this shoe store!

The staff here will take very good care of you. Knowledgeable and friendly. The selection is the best in town!! I live 4 hrs out of Lufkin, and would give my eye teeth to have this store and staff where I live. This is the kind of business you want to support. Otherwise, you'll be left with very little in the way of selection.

The customer service was 2nd to none. The guy that dealt with me was great, friendly and very helpful. I went in there with aching feet from long days of working and walking at my job. My feet feel sooo much better with the insoles and brooks that he recommend! I’m highly pleased and I will return! If you’re having problems with your feet go see them.

The perfect example of why brick and mortar stores trump Amazon. The moment I walked in the door, the guy working that morning immediately came over and asked me what I wanted. He listened attentively, took my measurements, and came back with shoes that matched what I said I needed. As a nice bonus they fit perfectly the moment I tried them on - I didn't even need to try a second pair. The final cherry on top was when he revealed he was actually the owner of the store and made sure I qualified for discounts on my purchases. I'm never buying shoes anywhere else.
