Plenty of vegetarian options including a fake meat Burger. It was nice. Ordered chili cheese fries they were called something else I request them without the bacon and they were amazing! I absolutely love them

Always a favorite. The baked goods are unbeatable and they have such a huge selection. Some of the nicest staff in Albuquerque as well.

It’s usually busy so you have to come at a good time to find an open table indoors. The huevos rancheros is always a hit.

The hidden treasure bowl was amazing and spicy. The service is usually very quick here and you’re eating before you know it. I love flying star.

Great food. All of our food was spot on. Staff is very friendly. The only reason for the 3 star for service is a staff member came by to grab our try that we carried out drinks and cookies out on. He dumped the paper trash, sweetener and straw wrappers, on the table and took the tray. Otherwise a very good experience. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Pet friendly outside. Kid friendly with kid menus with crayons.

It was my second time here, and the food was the same good as before:)

There are lots of selections on the brunch menu, and don’t miss their chocolate cake.

It is a wonderful place to enjoy food and meet friends during weekends, and the seats outdoor are also available.

This place is a must if you're eating in Corrales! 2nd time I've been here and both times were delicious. Very laid back place also. Try the avo toast. At some point rhwy had a Cuban sandwich but not sure they do anymore but it was good.

Ordered the green chili cheeseburger with onion rings and a BLT with fries. THE AOLI IS LIFE. Whoa did I just yell there??? I did for the AOLI! This is the second time I’ve eaten at this restaurant, first time dining in & the dine in experience is a must normally I post pictures of the interior. I’m sure others have posted it but you have to go in person at least once.. the food is 5/5 my “well done” burgers seasoning was so good almost like I made it at home with extra pepper and enough salt, the onion rings were golden, crispy, & non-oily which were best onion rings of my life!! And as for the BLT it’s 5/5 I’m not sure how they have the best bacon in the world in there but they do. And again the aïoli I would encourage to get an additional side of it as you are going to want more for each bite you take. OH! I almost forgot about the “Red Stuff” I forgot to take a picture of it but we ordered a large which came out to $5.95 and my honest review I would say 3/5 because I personally don’t like sodas, the flavor was really good however, as described it’s heavy on the juice side with cranberry although it doesn’t taste 100% like cranberry juice. If there were refills on this red juice for $5-6 it would be worth it in my opinion. We also had their double chocolate indulgence slice of cake that we got for free, joining their frequent flyer app and redeeming it while making a purchase which I would highly recommend that as well as it is not too sweet, but very chocolatey!

Excellent! Everyone was social distancing wearing masks when they were not at their tables. The food was just what we were looking for. We had a grilled macaroni and cheese sandwich, French toast, and a salad. All was good, but the sandwich took the win! It was just what we imagined from the picture online. It was all just so good.

Had dinner here the other night. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was awesome as it always is! I had my favorite dish which was the chicken couscous risotto, I highly recommend it!

Great food! We tried the Baja tacos and Verano salad today. Both were excellent! The shrimp tacos had just the right balance of heat and sweet. The salad had an abundance of flavors.

My husband has celiac, and we accidentally misread something that came with toast. Not only did they remake the meal, Austin reassured us it was not a problem. They remade the entire meal, wiping the grill and making sure there was no gluten. The cook said his daughter is allergic to strawberries and that he’s glad we said something. They wouldn’t even let us pay for the second omelet. I have never seen such excellent service and kindness. Thank you!!!

This is a fun place. Indoor or outdoor seating. Pets welcome (outside). There’s an outdoor fire pit for cool evenings. Covered outdoor seating for sunny days. We recommend this place. Use the Thanks app or Flying Star app for rewards and discounts.

Having visited both the Flying Star Cafe in Rio Rancho and the one in Northeast Albuquerque, I must say that the Rio Rancho location stands out for its spacious seating arrangement. This feature adds to the overall comfort and ambiance, making it an ideal spot for both small gatherings and larger groups.

The food, as always, is a delight. The menu offers a variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences12. The staff are attentive and quick, ensuring a pleasant dining experience12.

One aspect that sets the Rio Rancho location apart is its ability to accommodate more customers without feeling crowded. This is a significant advantage over the Northeast Albuquerque location, especially during peak hours.

In conclusion, the Flying Star Cafe in Rio Rancho offers a fantastic dining experience with its varied menu, efficient service, and spacious seating. It’s a must-visit for anyone in the area

Most of the time, the food is very good and the majority of the cashiers love their job as this comes through with a great smile and quick wit. If the food is not right, they are quick to rectify and make sure you're satisfied. Would like to see some additional breakfast options, but for a quick stop or even a laid back brunch, this location has service dialed in well. Pet friendly!

Outstanding offerings.

I've been here a few times for breakfast, which the offer all-day. They have a varied menu with plenty to choose from.

I particularly enjoy the green-chile Turkey patties that come as an option with their Ranch Breakfast items.

The bakery items include bagels, muffins, scones, Danish and coffee cake. The last time I was there they had a delightful hamantashen offering.

My female companion loves their high-protein bagel: 25-grams of multigrain bagel, pepper jack cheese, hard boiled egg, avocado and veggies.

You order at the counter and they delivery it to your table. Refills on their flavorful coffees are self-service.

There is seating both inside and outside.

We went for an early dinner, which was lovely as it was quiet at first. One of the dishes we tried was "Hidden Treasure." The chicken and vegetables were tender and the sauce was mouthwatering! There was a little heat closer to the end of the meal. It was a plentiful portion and I should have taken some home, but it was just too good! My husband tried the "Stewpot Chicken," another excellent menu choice. There was a good balance of chicken and veggies with a creamy sauce. It comes with a biscuit on top that is best mixed into the sauce. We topped it off with iced tea. I wish we would have had room for dessert, but the meals were filling. It was a bit pricey, but for a nice meal, it was all worth it!

Has one of the best environments for visiting with someone or working. They have a fireplace and calming music. Food is great, coffee is great, they come around and refill your coffee. A lot of unique options for food, and outstanding desserts.
