Frequent shopper at this location and it is by far the most clean and organized store! The customer service is impeccable they are always asking if I need assistance and I’ve never not found something I was looking for! I think the store manager is very on hands he’s on the floor always conversing with customers and I think he’s a great guy! If you need a clean and kind store to do your shopping, this location is the one to shop at ! Love this store !

My mother and I bought a laptop and Eli was very friendly and professional. The customer service provided was outstanding. We will return, because of this one employee.

This is a typical Walmart. Has every single item you can want or need. The store is always busy and still seems quick for the shopper. I like the "one stop shop" aspects of a Walmart. Produce is good too. I do t have reservations about getting f fresh items here if I need them. You can even get a key made or have an oil change while you shop. Very convenient. So far this is the cleanest, organized, and most well stocked Walmart in the area. They keep the entrances clear of homeless people and security is quick to respond to shop lifters. I'd rather drive the extra 15 minutes to go to this location than drive 3 minutes to the one down the road.

This supercenter has redeemed itself since the time a few months ago when the curbside pickup crew gave our grocery order to another party along with theirs. New and better crew, friendly and fast. Most things are usually in stock here.

I'd like to give a shout out to the honest & awesome mystery associate on Friday just after 5pm 9/8/23 at self checkout--I was overwhelmed and left the register without my $40 cash back. Whoever the associate was took the money and turned it into Customer Service. Maybe a super nice customer gave it to an associate, I'll never know. I called Saturday morning in a panic & by some miracle, the lady who answered said my $40 was there! Drove up there today (a two hour commute btw) and after about 5 or 10 minutes the ladies at Customer Service retrieved my money and I was on my way. I want to thank whomever it was and I hope management commends honest workers. In these troubled times, people are self absorbed and often unkind and dishonest, but not today. Thank you to the kind people out there--a little kindness and honesty goes a long way. The store itself is clean, lots of selection. Thanks again! "So shines a good deed in a weary world." <3

The store was so busy, but it was so impressive the management was stepping up and taking care of the rush. Way to go. But at the same time, this is to say why can't others learn to work and do a job so management can get their responsibilities done.

I was having a really bad day with a sick baby and a car with brake issues, so I decided to stop in here for some 7k ipas which they had. And they were cold too, so that was a bonus. I also got some Mille for the baby, which made her even sicker. Anyway, I don’t even have a car or a bay, I just wanted some beer.

Found Everything I needed quickly. I had fresh sliced Deli meats, they were friendly and it was clean and fresh. Bolthouse carrot juice, and frozen chicken bags and I was done. There was a cashier available I had her ring me up. Everyone I had encountered seemed genuinely happy and friendly. Thank you!!! I shop in rio rancho but I will come to your store in future. This experience will change where I shop so stock up on 8lb frozen chicken 🐔

I enjoy that they always have ample self checkout lanes open, even during busy hours I do not have to wait long and they have a good stock of items. It's a good location for groceries in my opinion

Stopped in to get some preparations for dinner. Nice store, didn't have what other walmarts have as far as what we wanted. The Walmart on Coors and I-40 has different merchandise that we needed. I don't know why all the walmarts have different merchandise?

I had a quick stop for drinks after work and it was pretty clean. I didn't interact with any employees so idk what the customer service is like. It was pretty busy for it's location but I was able to get in and out fairly quickly.

I can tell the last 5 or more years Walmart has worked with employees to help customers in aisles. Keep up the great customer service!!!

Loved the cleanliness of this store. The availability of products, whether in clothing, food, crafts, etc. was nice!! Good job!!!

They are always super friendly now but they tend to be Leary of homeless people with backpacks

Had to go to this Walmart at cottonwood it was clean Associates were friendly, l did have to wait in line. Everyone was wearing a face mask everyone was Keeping their distance I didn't have to wait too long, I went in found what I needed paid no long line, If I hadn't been in a hurry I think I could have got a lot of shopping done.

Well stocked. Very busy when we went but check out was fast.
