This place is the best Great service friendly people they do such a great job. Been buying for a while here they make sure the plastic is over furniture before they send it out and everything else. We’ll definitely be coming back here for anything else I highly recommend them.

Dixon furniture is a wonderful business where you always feel welcome. We have only ever worked with Seth, but every time he has offered us great customer service. He isn’t pushy, like a lot of sales people are at other businesses, and we are able to walk around and really shop while discussing things. We are on our third purchase from Dixon, and Seth has been patient with us and helped us find what we wanted each time. As if great customer service wasn’t enough, the prices are very fair and the interest rates and monthly payments are very reasonable. This is without a doubt a five star business.

We just bought a couch set from here and it was great. Seth Purvis helped us. We walked in and we told him we were just looking, so he let us look around, and when we found what we wanted he helped us without any pressure. We had just been in two other stores, and the prices at Dixons were so much better for the exact same couches. He gave us a great deal and the delivery was great. They delivered the next day. The guys were on time and very carful with our couches and home. We will buy from there again.

They are a WONDERFUL GROUP of people that are very friendly 😊 and Helpful. Seth Purvis was the salesman that told me information we needed to know about a freezer. Dixon helped me bounce back from a really hard time (house fire) Seth took care of me personally and treated me like family. I needed a bed. He quoted me a great price then dropped it more at the time of sale. He encouraged me about my situation, made me comfortable in the store (I have injuries from fire), and the guys stayed late to make sure it got delivered same day. Tossed in a mirror on the way out. Who does that? Left in tears of humble gratitude for my experience. Crying now all over again just thinking about it. People of Lufkin need to know this is a great place to do business.

My husband and I recently went mattress and refridgerator shopping. NO one had any refridgerators. Everyone, everywhere had then back ordered till March. But thankfully Dixon's had both!! They had the very same ones as the other place, and Dixon's had the best price!!! Highly recommend them to anyone!!

I went on my lunch break and was able to find multiple items and bargain with Seth to get a good deal. I planned on picking it up so no delivery arrangements were made but it has rained and will continue to rain for several days so I called to reschedule pick up day and Micheal had it delivered to my house for free! Both Seth and Micheal were so very helpful, I will not shop for furniture anywhere else!!

I recently purchased a king size memory foam mattress from this company. I read the reviews listed below, but decided to take a chance with them anyways. I am so glad I did!!! The delivery was ahead of schedule and the drivers did look a little rough, but were some of the most courteous and polite gentlemen I have ever had the privilege of meeting. They was very passionate about their jobs, and you can tell they loved working there. I was almost done paying for the mattress and my TV went out, so I called and spoke with Michael Ditsworth and was amazed with his professionalism!!! I called him at 11AM, and had my new TV by 4PM the same day!!! I have been very pleased dealing with Ardie and the Dixon Furniture staff. I have nothing but good to say about this company.

Went to pick up packing material for shipping a piano and bench to Oregon. Eugene was outside and very nice and helpful. Plent of customers there so I'm sure the deals are happening though. I would shop there when the need arises.

Love this place they're eager to help you and they will deliver and they will take your old furniture out they are very courtesy and very loyal.
