I don't believe you will find better service and interaction between bar staff and patrons. VERY educated, and extremely educational. Will absolutely return!

It's so nice to have an oasis in Grayson County- nice drinks, great atmosphere, friendly staff. They are always updating their cocktail menu with new drinks. The BBQ nachos were also amazing.

Best cocktails I've ever had, especially the Wes-tern Sun which was created by a local and they have live music often and a huge out door seating area. Definitely a must if you are ever in or near Denison, TX. Plus they have a food truck on site with delicious options!!!

We were passing through Denison and found this great local spot. The craft cocktails were amazing. We tried Kellie is Back, Saladito, and Pearl Cocktail. They were delicious and the service was great! We highly recommend 1880 Ice House.

Cool place! Great drinks, nice bourbon selection. What a hidden gem in Denison. Bartender was on point! I did not sample the cocktail menu but I know when a bartender knows his $hit and he was on point. I will definitely be back. Food menu looked really interesting as well

Went to see Kevin Jackson Band and had dinner and drinks. Food was delicious, although a little expensive. Eleanor sandwich was pulled pork with macaroni which which sounds weird, but is really good. Salmon croquettes were tasty as well. The mixed drink menu is unique, they have their own versions of popular drinks and extremely strong...careful with these. They also have beer and wine. Best drink by far was hard kombucha tea. It was rainy when we were there and there was plenty of covered area to watch the band. Really neat fire pit, seating and stage on the deck when it is not raining.

Very unusual environment. Don't go expecting the food to fill you. It won't. But the flavors and cooking style is unique and very delicious. Tastes compete for your identification but I promise, these chefs really have flair. Equally confusing that you must pay for drinks (even cokes and lemonades) separately. I took my ten year old and date and we all had a good time. Entertainer was absolutely killer! Now if we could have done something about the 38 degree weather... Still. I'm eating 5 stars. Those who follow me know I'm very picky. I will go back. But probably leave the ten year old with a sitter.

Great bar, beer garden and food truck. The bar offers a wide range of beers, wines and cocktails. They have a few tables indoors and a large beer garden outside. The food truck from "Risky business" offers excellent Wagyu burgers. When we visited, on a Thursday night, there was live music. Very nice place.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Service is attentive and always friendly and welcoming, even when it's busy. The drinks are out of this world- very creative but also delicious and the gourmet food truck is incredible. They are kid-friendly during daytime hours and dog-friendly anytime! Definitely one of our favorite spots in town these days.

they were slamming when we came by, as it was only their 3rd night open. cool spot, love the decor. there is an array of drink options and seating areas. can’t wait to come back!

This place is a blast! Not only is the venue great with great staff, but I also had the most delicious wings of my life from the food truck here. Smoky, moist, not over sauced, with just the right kick of a spicy, garlicky buffalo.

My husband and I just moved to a loft downtown Denison with the expectation of experiencing everything Denison has to offer within walking distance. Everything. About. 1880 Icehouse is perfect. The staff knew us by night two. The drinks are perfect. The food from the food truck is amazing. The music is always good.
I’m so thankful to have found them. They are family now.

Wonderful stopover on our way home from Oklahoma. Stumbled across this place and they couldn’t have been friendlier. Drinks were very fun, too. Highly recommend the cocktail (forget the name) with Empress Gin and Merlot floater!

Super friendly staff. The the female bartender is very knowledgeable about mixed drinks and the dude is knowledgeable about whiskey and bourbon might know mixed drinks to but that's what we talked about. Will definitely be back again! They also have live music!

Cold drinks, really good club sandwich, cold drinks, friendly service and the band was good. It's also helps that they have lots of fans and misters!!

Great place to go on a hot day or anytime. Nicely landscaped gardens with picnic bench seating and umbrellas. They have fan with misters everywhere. Was quite comfortable on a 104 degree day. Great drink and beer selection. We enjoyed live music from The Howlin Wind Band. Had a great wagu burger from Risky business on Skiddy. Will be on our gota go back often places.

We ate the brisket nachos and chili fries it was amazing. Everyone needs to try the food here. Very tasty and the service is excellent. La comida esta muy Buena!
