Yesterday Five Star delivered a Wash/Dry set to me in Gladewater. Same day delivery, quick professional installation. The two gentlemen who came were polite and respectful. Super cautious not to hit walls and door frames. Items are working well.

I had gone into their shop the day before to look around. I called back the next morning and asked them to measure the 3 sets I was interested in and give me the model number for each so I could check reviews before making my decision. They generously did all of this with patience. I would definitely recommend this company. Small businesses always offer the best customer support. I will be checking them out next time I need an appliance for sure!

Easy communication through FB Messenger. Amber helped me pick out the best unit for my business needs and the pricing was fair. Angel was professional and courteous during delivery. I feel they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely do business with them again!

This is my second time doing business with Five Star Appliances over the past 5 years. Five years ago I purchased a Samsung set. It’s still working. The dryer is not as quiet as it used to be and the parts for the dryer are costly so I decided to get a new set before the inevitable happens. Five Star Appliance is about 50 miles from me. I called up the store. Amber told me to come look at the inventory. When I arrived, they carried brand new appliances ( stoves , too) and they carry refurbished washers and dryers. I just couldn’t decide which to pick. So Brian and Angel have me the specifications of the units and told me the history behind each of the brands they carry. And they asked questions to find out what my needs and space was like for my prospective units. I thought I wanted a color set but I chose a white set. I am so glad I did. It is practically new. Then it was time to go see Amber so we can get it purchased and delivered. I went in on a Saturday near closing time. Amber was so easy to talk to I think she is my BFF now. Lol. She liked my hat so much I just want to go buy one just like it for her she was so friendly. Annnd… to my great surprise, they delivered it the same day. I definitely was not expecting that. I was so happy. They even took my old set away ( it was over 10 years old) and gave me a huge discount off my purchase. Winner. Winner. The icing on the cake is she gave me a bottle of custom laundry detergent as a thank you gift. No ma’am, I should thank you for the great service.

5 Star came out and fixed my dryer then my washer during covid. They answer calls quickly. And show up on time. Now my washer is out so they made me a great deal on a used one with a good warranty. They were the first ones I called after seeing the way they treated treated me during covid Thanks 5 Star.

I will be recommending 5 star to all my friends. They truly made me feel like they wanted to help me find the perfect appliance within my price range. Customer service is over the top amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the fridge I purchased. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable compared to other appliance stores in my area. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option!

I called and described what my washer was doing and Bryan knew exactly what it was! He gave me a fair price over the phone and serviced my machine in a timely manner. Five Star Appliance is true to it's name, we got 5 star service!

I highly recommend 5 Star Appliance. I was able to get a washer/dryer in good condition delivered and installed for 570 dollars, with a 30 day guarantee. After looking at Home Depot/Lowes prices, lack of inventory, and bad reviews it was an easy choice to buy from 5 Star Appliances.

Called on a Saturday morning, my washer was not draining they sent a person out within the next few hours to fix it. He was great and got it fixed quickly. Would absolutely use them again if needed and will refer as their service was great!

I was a bit leery of used appliances but these people really put my mind at ease. They answered my questions, and didn’t pressure me into a purchase. The delivery team was very careful and skilled. They showed me how to use the machines and made sure everything worked before they left. 5 Star quality all around.

first time buying used washer and dryer, called around and talk to a lot of people. I drove 70 miles to get this set and was very pleased. Brian was very helpful and the two gentlemen that loaded it did a good job securing the load for the trip back. I will be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a good deal on used appliances.

I bought a washer/dryer set from Five Star back in March-they delivered & installed it & it is still working great-no problems!
I bought another set a couple of weeks ago for another property. I had an issue with the washer and Brian, the owner, delivered a matching one the next day! They are very nice with great customer service and great prices! I will definitely be using them again!

Had a very good experience from time of purchase to delivery. I found Brian to be very knowledgeable, and made it easier for me to make a educated decision to purchase my appliances. The delivery was on time very prompt, and very easy. I did have a small issue, a phone call to Brian, and it was immediately addressed and taken care of very efficiently. I would highly recommend him, and his business and work ethics.

UPDATE:
We moved in October and could not figure out how to connect our steam washer/dryer. They sent someone out the next day to get me fixed up! The young man was professional and respectable. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are the real deal! Great people that back up their appliances!

Purchased a refurb set from Brian in February 2021. Very happy with the front loading Samsung set that we bought. Delivery was made within one business day and units were hooked up quickly. Brian worked with me to find an appropriate set for my price point, and was very professional. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service. Technician Josh Gibson took great care to explain the issue and repair my refrigerator. Not only that, he cleaned up after the repair and my bill was $100 less than I expected!

I bought a used washer from a very good selection of open box, new, and repaired washers. Service was quick and very friendly with same day delivery!! If you're in the area and you need a replacement wash machine or dryer I definitely recommend going to 5 star appliance!!!

He is the sweetest! My husband and I are really happy with our purchase from FiVe Star Appliance! He is very accommodating. He came out and got my washer when it didn’t sound right and took it all apart to find out what was wrong and fixed it and brought it back at no charge. I would definitely recommend to everyone I know!

Bought a used washer and dryer from Brian at Five Star and it was a fantastic experience! He went above and beyond for the install by cutting a custom vent for the dryer. He is honest about all he sells and was great to work with. I called him with questions on a used set I bought from a homeowner for my son in another part of the country and Brian gave me advice! So wish I could have bought another used set from him, but he’s 6 hours away. Thought about renting a trailer to make the drive just to buy it from Brian! You can’t go wrong going with Five Star!

Purchased a front loading washer & dryer. It was delivered on time. The guy was nice. I noticed the door on the dryer not latch tightly my husband called they sent a service man out within the hour! Before leaving the guy made sure to show me it latched properly. I was highly impressed and super thankful. Will use again for any appliance needs in the future.
