Dawson Family Dentistry is hands down the best in the entire metroplex!! I stumbled upon this amazing office when I moved to the area and so grateful. The entire staff is so friendly and work with almost ALL financial situations as well as adjusting the schedule when you’re in immediate need. They are truly like family. Shariden is who I initially connected with and she was so compassionate, empathetic and she helped me through the financial process with ease. Every other establishment I have encountered is much more rigid with regard to setting intimidating financial expectations as well as a two month wait list at best. Additionally, the person who answers the phone is actually at the office. I can’t say enough, the entire staff is a breathe of fresh air, and let’s face it, no one really wants to go to the dentist. They make it fun!!🤩 The office is easy to find and the parking is great too!!

I’ve been coming to this office for years. Dr. Dawson takes the time to explain everything, make sure you’re comfortable, and any procedure is pain free. After a cleaning, I leave with my mouth looking and feeling great! And the office staff is friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. Not a lot of people look forward to getting their teeth cleaned, but I can honestly say that I do.

It's a need no-frills atmosphere. The support staff is warm and welcoming. My experience with the hygienists is they are focused on what's best for their client's needs. Dr. Dawson is friendly, professional and treats each patient with interest and genuine care.

I chose Dawson Family Dentistry years ago. I sent an initial email with very specific and out of the ordinary concerns. Dr. Dawson and team have become my go-to for the ongoing maintenance of my dental health. I have always felt heard and taken care of here!

I haven’t been to the dentist in years & was so scared to go back after so long. Dawson Family Dentistry made a scary experience a great one! Everyone was so nice & caring. They really took their time to explain everything to me and make sure I felt comfortable. They were amazing! I never leave reviews but felt they really deserve it. They also identified a possible issue with my jaw that explains SO many underlying symptoms I’ve experienced for too many years without anyone else noticing!!

My teeth felt and looked so clean. I even called back later in the day to share my praises.

They were great navigating my insurance and Dr. Dawson is great at explaining what she is doing and looking for as well as establishing a treatment plan that is reasonably priced and thorough. When you leave the office Dr. Dawson you know you have had the best dental care. As a child I had a bad experience with dentists, but Dr Dawson and her staff are friendly and excellent at their jobs. They care about you as if you are family. When you need services beyond your regular teeth cleaning, Dr Dawson walks you through the process so you understand everything before she starts. I highly recommend Dr. Dawson and her team!

Dr. Dawson and the whole staff are amazing. I got a new crown in about 2 hours, a process that used to take weeks. Plus, she deducted what I had already paid for a work-around that lasted about a year. I would say that was more than fair.

Dr Dawson was so gentle and fast. She was very knowledgeable and honest. She helped fix my pain with a fast appointment. I'm very impressed with how painless she made my procedure.

Her staff was so friendly they made me feel like I was family. I feel like I can call them up anytime I have a problem.

For me, a trip to the dentist is not something I relish. I'm the biggest baby ever! So I really wasn't looking forward to my visit. The receptionist and assistant were all brilliant, I emerged relatively unscathed. Thank you all so much, what a team! P.S they have also taken care of my husband! I'm so glad we have found you!!!

Dr. Dawson is wonderful. She and her staff treat our whole family. Dr. Dawson is very knowledgeable and she keeps up with the most current and best treatments. She is very available and genuinely cares about her patients. We trust her completely and highly recommend her practice.

Dawson is always awesome and I am very happy with every aspect of service within the office. I highly recommend them and am very happy that my wife set me up with Dawson a few years ago. I have no reason to go anywhere else. 5 stars!!
