The Mercantile at Mill + Grain

This is a two for one post!!! Happy Closing Day to my sweet out of state buyers!! They were referred to me by another agent and we hit it off immediately and found their new home in Texas!!! They are a young family moving from their home state of Kansas and family to relocate to Texas and make it home. It’s been an honor to help them do just that!!

As closing day approached, I reached out to Kate, the owner and a friend, and asked for some help in putting together a special closing gift featuring all things Texas including a bottle of wine from my favorite @water2winebuda to welcome my buyers home! This is such a beautiful boutique with a friendly and welcoming owner! My girlfriends and I had the best shopping experience, and we did not leave empty handed. From everyday outfit/ accessories, to wedding guest dresses, we all found something we loved! They also have a fun mix of items that would make great gifts for any age (babies, kids, men, moms, etc). I can't wait to be back the next time I'm in the area.

I’m obsessed with this place. The staff is super friendly and the items are high quality. The prices are reasonable and even cheaper than the retail prices directly from the brands. (Ex. Thread and Supply). Just be warned to leave your partner at home. He’ll watch in horror as you load your arms with half the store to try on. I love everything I own from here.

U.S.A. sweater and Levi’s 501 shorts from the Merc

Truely, this is one of the only places I shop in stores these days. From gifts, to home accessories, to clothing that gets the most compliments, there is no better place to go! Definitely skip the mall for a local shop that has everything you need for a date night outfit or any type of gift imaginable!

Such a quaint little shopping district in the cute little town of Buda-ful, TX. Such very friendly people.

This is hands down my favorite boutique! Kate and her team are so wonderful. The selection of carefully curated goods ensures you’ll find EXACTLY what you need- whether it be a gift or something for yourself or in my case… both everytime. The decor is so inspiring and the apparel is always the cutest!!! If you can’t go in person then shop online! 10 stars ⭐

My favorite place to go to and shop at! I just love going to check out what they have occasionally when I lived close by. They never disappoint of their selection for myself or even looking for gifts. I still make sure to stop by when I can even though I live couple of hrs away!

Love that the The Mercantile at Mill + Grain chose their Buda location as home. What a perfect boutique for our town! No more trips to the mall for me. I can get everything and more five minutes from home. Kate and her team are amazing! It's a must for all your shopping needs.

It is one of my favorite boutiques! They always have a wonderful selection of unique items and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have ordered online and in person and the service is just top notch!

This store is absolutely amazing! I just got several clothes pieces and at some great prices. The style is Americana with some amazing artists being represented. I got a levi shirt and crushed velvet jacket and top. They have so many amazing gifts in this store for the home as well. Just a great experience and super friendly owner and staff. Perfect to have this store in Buda!

The Mercantile is easily one of the best boutiques in the Austin area. I love their clothes and they have the best stocking stuffers. I go every time I’m in the area!

My nephew loved the stuffed polar bear I found here! They had so many adorable kids books. My sister's in law loved the bath bombs too.

I used to be a loyal Nordstrom customer until The Mercantile opened its doors! What a fabulous little shop with tons of cute fashions, accessories, and knick knacks for women and men. Kate (the owner) is a fabulous lady with amazing taste and will help you find whatever you're looking for!

A high quality, well curated selection and super pleasant shopping experience. Definitely recommend adding to your list for your next visit to downtown Buda -- or if you're in need of a gift.

This is my favorite place to pick up a quick gift for any occasion (and gifts for myself). They have a great selection and everyone has been so nice when I visit.
