AT&T Store

I just want to commend the workers at this store!! A mistake was made and everyone that I spoke to about this helped to resolve this as quickly as possible. Jamal helped me first and found a lost phone for me and kept in contact with me to make sure the issue was handled with AT&T customer service . Sadly customer service was unable to help me and I came back to store and I explained the situation to the manager, Melissa, she listened to my situation and took my information to bring it to her district manager. Thankfully everything was resolved and my bill was fixed. Thank you to everyone!!

I spoke with Paige today who helped me with an on-going issue immediately. Out of my many unfortunate experiences with AT&T, she was able to give me a very smooth, concise, and accurate solution. All while remaining compassionate and understanding. Thank you.

My husband - being resistant to change - had avoided upgrading his iPhone-6…until it finally couldn’t be charged. Luckily we turned it off to save the remaining battery charge. So, we went to this ATT store, which is the one we usually go to. We were immediately greeted by Keimony. She helped him select an upgrade to iPhone-14 Pro…then she was able to do a side-by-side transfer of all data/pics from his old phone to his new one. She was an absolute pleasure & very knowledgeable. She is great & is another reason we continue to come to this store!

Everyone at the location we purchased our new devices and accessories at were all very friendly and helpful. There were no complaints from any customers while we were in the store. Their team members worked hard to ensure every customer had a great experience.

The employee Abdul is amazing! He was very nice and solved my very difficult problem quickly.
I had texted to online support 4 times and they didn’t help me (just tried to covered up lack of understanding real reasons of my problem with connection).

The AT&T NRG is by far the best AT&T store I've visited! Brian took very good care of me! Brian changed my sim card from the defective Samsung Galaxy AT&T phone I purchased at the AT&T Meyerland store to my new Samsung Galaxy phone! The manager, Chris, at this store was very helpful and knowledgeable! I now have a better opinion of AT&T due to the excellent service I received today! Please visit & patronize this AT&T store!!!!!!

Great customer service and great staff went inn with a busted phone not only did they solve my problem but the staff wasn’t pushy or trying to make me spend more money then needed. I definitely will be back to this store.

Ashley P. was amazing. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by her & another employee. She answered all of my questions & got me squared away. Even offered for me to return to help setup my devices when they arrive. I was in & out. Great customer service & greatly appreciated!!!

Ashley ponce truly took her time and helped me with getting into my phone after I forgot my own passcode!! Then after she even reset my Google info to help me gain my info back on my phone!! Beyond pleased with her help and her beauty is a major plus!!! Amazing person hands down!!!

Went in the switch my boyfriend service to something better and he was amazed and happy for the deal he received with his current services.

This store is a liar. I went for a cheap package, but the male employee actually offered me a very expensive package. Then after I found out, the same male employee I went to the store to cancel the set meal actually said that the store could not cancel it. fraud company! Liar staff!

Wonderful in store experience, my rep (Ashley P) was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to take care of everything that I needed. She even made recommendations. Very impressed with the level of service that I received.

I had an awesome experience at this location. My phone stopped working and I came in right before closing. Dylan not only assisted me right away, but he went above and beyond with his customer service. I will definitely return to this location. The entire team is fantastic!!!!

I drove to several AT&T locations and ended up at this location. Dylan helped me with all my issues despite how busy the store was. Great customer service! Would highly recommend to ask for Dylan. Worth the drive from Pearland!

A very busy store but I waited and Ashley Ponce brought a sweet positive attitude and helped me with my problem. I can't thank her enough. I came in 3 times for the same issues and she got it fixed when she could!!

Definitely enjoy doing business with the NRG location. Always greeted upon entry. Timely service. Muhammad helped me this time. He was so diligent with making sure I was getting all the savings available for adding a line. Much appreciated. Will return for my own upgrade soon.

Dylan was such a great help ! Upgraded my phone no problem very hard working store was busy and still managed to help 3 customers out including my self ! Highly recommend great experience!
