Five Below

This store saved my Christmas at the best price ever. Who ever came up with this store did a great job. The workers here are awesome and ready to help. I try my best not to take my kids here because they always see something they NEED LOL

I needed cell phone accessories and Five Below had everything!
Initially, I bought the wrong cell phone car mount and had to return it. The cashier assisted with the return and made sure I had the proper items.
Very friendly and personable staff!

Clean and well stocked store! I took 2 of my grand children there today, and one of the employees, Santos, helped us. She was so nice and helpful!

This is a great Five Below with lots of fun stuff inside! I think half the store is toys, books, and clothing, and the other half is food, beauty, and other miscellaneous stuff. The store is always neat and organized when I've visited, and the staff is friendly. A lot of stuff here is great for their $5 price tag, like Funko Pops, posters, and graphic tees (especially when you realize GameStop is selling some of that stuff for $15+ in the same complex). Great job to the staff here!

The manager, Lashon was outstanding. She did her job above and beyond to help a customer. Lashon is the store manager at the location on Kirby and main. I call to see if they had cushion neck pillows. Lashon answered the phone and said yes the store have the pillows. I explain to her can she place it at the register so by the time I get there I can buy it and leave. I explain to her that I really needed the neck cushion and been searching online all day to see if any stores had them. It was about 6pm. I told her I am older lady and handicap and can't see well at night and it will take me 15 min to get there and 15 min to get home before it gets dark. because I can't see well at night and it gets dark around 7:30pm, and I really needed the cushion pillow that night. She said sure, just come buy and I'll have them for you. I park close by the door and my cousin got out and asked for the pillow. Lashon told my cousin who is also handicap and is 69 yr old to get back in the car. She took our money to the register and paid for the pillows and came back to the car with our change and the pillow with a pleasant smile. This store location on main and Kirby HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE NOW, because of Lashon going above and beyond her job description to make it possible for me to get these neck pillows. ( I have a spinal cord injury. My brother shot me in the neck when I was 11 years old. The older I get the more pain I have). I thank God for making people like Lashon to go out her way to assist us. Thank you 5 and below for hiring a beautiful soul like Lashon. Marnita

This is the best Five Below I've been to. I think this store is a tad bit larger than normal, and it is fully stocked. They had a great selection and quantity of seasonal items, too.

My kids and I LOVE going to this store!! We can go in, and just browse and find all kinds of great things. The kids can always find something that they want, and I can actually let them get it without breaking the bank. I also like to grab thing from here for my parties and just summer time fun. Great pass time to walk through.

It was nice. I needed a new charger for my phone and the gentleman with locs( I didn't get his name) was very helpful to me. I bought some nice things during my first time here and had a pleasant experience.

OMG! I absolutely love this place! It was my first time there (I'm not sure why it took so long) and I was so amazed at all the products they offer at such affordable prices. I would spend an entire paycheck there if I didn't have self control. Will definitely be back for more! ❤💞

I absolutely LOVE this store! The workers are always friendly and are happy to help any way they can. I shop here very frequently because the prices are AMAZING, the service is SUPERB, The cleanliness is EXCELLENT and The overall merchandise quality is GREAT! There's such a large selection of items to explore that without a doubt you're guaranteed to find something new you didn't know you had to have every single time you shop here!!!

Very good deals in this store and Boom Chika Pop is priced reasonably well. The customer service is excellent and the day I went the store was clean and neat.

Cute store, lots of cool things that are very affordable. Set up like most Five belows. Staff was polite, but hard to get over to the register. Could have been just an off day, looked like she was training someone. All in all a good experience.

I never thought that I’d be writing a review for a Five Below but this one has got to be one of the best ones I’ve come across. I lost some books that I had bought months ago and was able to find them here when they were sold out every place else. Another fun thing was during closing, the manager’s closing announcement sounded like a voiceover for a commercial, come to find out he said he was an acting coach. Five Below’s got books and talent! Look at that.

Had not been there in awhile. No cashiers, self pay, but they do have an attendant. All self pay stations were working, if I can remember there we're about 6 or 8. Fast and easy to checkout.

I love coming to Five Below! It's one of my favorite stores! I've found several small decorative items I've been looking for for awhile. I just wish this store would stay open slightly longer!

I really like Five Below one one my favorites stores. The make shopping for customer very commutable I like that they have the new self check out stations. Parking might be hectic here due to NRG stadium is next door.

It’s great! There’s many fun stuff, and it’s well clean and organized!! The ladies at self checkout was really kind and helped a lot! 10/10 don’t hesitate to come!

Five Below is exactly what it sounds like : A store where everything for sale are priced for $5 US and below. There are a great selection of items: T shirts, Bluetooth Speakers, toys, household items and books. The overall item quality and friendliness of staff varies from store to store. This one is one of the better in the city.
