Recently visited the AT&T store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Paige, an employee whose service was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked in, Paige greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, instantly making me feel welcomed.

I called the day before and Preston answered all my questions. We went the next day and immediately got to sit down with him. We upgraded 4 different devices. He was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. Usually I won't upgrade because getting a new phone can be as stressful and time consuming as buying a car or house but Preston made it so painless. It was a great experience and took just around 2 hours. For 4 phones that's impressive. Preston was great and we appreciated him so very much. I will definitely recommend him going forward to everyone I know.

Had a wonderful experience today with Zach as my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions!!

I had been to the Corsicana store before & happy with them so I returned. The lady who helped me with my purchase was pleasant, knowledgeable, & friendly.

Every time I come in, Paige is always the first one offering a helping hand! She is very sweet, knowledgeable, and my go to person anytime I come in now!

I am very happy to have done business with this store and in particular with the associate Tyler at this his costumer service was outstanding and his knowledge and assistance in fixing the issues and suggestions of products and service plans was on point. He is the model of customer service and care as well as salesmanship that all associates should strive for. I will be returning to aquire all my wireless needs to this store and specifically hopefully to Tyler or one of his under associates in the future. Thank you very for your assistance and time, your help on such a frustrating day was timely.

Tyler literally prayed over my entire family that my transfer would complete. That’s SERVICE.

Walked in and Tyler was helping someone, but told me he'd be with me soon and that he was! Was in and out in less than 30 mins with all the information and things I needed! With not being from the area and my phone suddenly not working the kindness and quickness was very comforting! Thank you!

Tyler did a great job. I went to get a new phone, and he was knowledgeable and even taught me a couple of things. I even watched him handle two older customers before he got to me. He did an amazing job with them, helping with some smaller technical issues. Seems like yall hit the jackpot with Tyler, he disurves a raise or a higher commission percentage!!!

Would like to give a compliment to Page in this store. She is great in customer service and knows about equipment. She is handling 3 and 4 customers at a time and they are all happy!

Amity met us at the door and resolve all our issues wife had dropped her phone in the washing machine. Mine wouldn't take a charge and she took care of both of us. She's definitely a big asset to there team.
