R&K Cafe II

This really was the ideal for what to expect at a breakfast place. I had pancakes scrambled eggs and bacon. My son had their biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon. Everything was perfectly cooked. The gravy tasted great (I grabbed a bite). It was busy but wasn't noisy. Service was a little too good but that's not a bad thing, they just checked on us a lot. It was a clean pleasant place and best of all the food tasted good.

As usual, this place does not disappoint! We've not had one thing since we first started visiting here. Catfish was crispy and flaky, 3 sides were fresh and very good. The Chicken fried chicken was crispy and very flavorful. I'm not a heavy person, but this was very good! The waitstaff is consistently friendly and very attentive. We We will continue to visit R&K everything we are in Cleburne! Highly recommend!

Food was good. Bread and dessert that came with meal were lacking freshness feel. Howdy waitress super friendly. Established handled my payment issues with easy and dignity.

Was there for Sunday breakfast. To beat the rush get in before 9 AM. This place gets crowded because it's that good. The wife and I had the #3 & #4 plates (eggs, buscuits & gravy & bacon) for $6.99 each. Prices are cheap compared to the portions. Friendly and attentative staff, great prices, big portions and good food. What more can you ask?

If you're looking for a "home-cooked" meal, this is it. We've eaten here numerous times, and always have enjoyed it. Anything we have ever ordered here has been very good, and the portions are more than adequate. Service is always good....food is served quickly and your tea glass never goes empty.

Went in for breakfast at 1 in the afternoon. Great food and great prices. Excellent service, I think 4 different servers checked on us and dishes were cleared from the table asap. Definitely recommend trying them out

Walked in after a quick search on where to eat in the area for breakfast. This place did not disappoint at all, the food was delicious, well priced and the staff super friendly. The decor was nice, bathrooms clean and the area is nice to walk around. If I’m ever in town again, I’ll try the lunch or dinner.

This was my first time at R&K and I was not let down! We came in with a party of 10 on a Saturday morning and the place was packed! We only had to wait like 5 minutes and the got us sat down! The service was the best and the food was AWESOME! This is the best breakfast in Cleburne by far! I will be back!

Staff is always top notch! They take care of you. You definitely won't leave hungry. What's pictured is what was left from my chicken fried steak meal! So much food for a decent price. Yes I took it home 😁

Overall, it was a good experience. Popular place, not enough parking. We enjoyed our meals except for the biscuits. The bottoms were burnt, and the biscuits were dry. Waitress was attentive and funny.

All you can eat catfish Friday. Great service fresh hot food, superb wait staff. Will be back to check out more on the menu. Breakfast served all day.

I had the shrimp with garlic butter. It was quite a big portion and it was very delicious. The green beans were nothing to really ride home about but they were good. But the potatoes were very good. And the salad is really good too. He's a good price for this big portion.

Their hamburger steak was sooooo delicious. It's my favorite thing to eat there. Always friendly and helpful. Especially Donna .. she is the best!! Way to go Donna for your hard work..it's paying off cuz u got the place running great!!!

First time to eat here and it was awesome!!! Friendly servers, fast service and great food! Fried pickles with Ranch, Chicken fried steak and all the veggies, rolls were excellent! Homemade pies of all kinds for your sweet tooth. A must place to eat!! Will return for sure.

It was a great place. They treat you like family and they act like. They're glad to see you there. The food was awesome.

Loved the friendly staff and the food was delicious. My teenager devoured his steak and my husband and I loved the beef tips and rice. We will definitely be regulars.

R&K in Cleburne is an excellent cafe. They have great cafe breakfasts and their lunch is great as well. They have very good hamburgers. The patty is hand formed and they are served sizzling hot from the grill. I most recently had their grilled onion cheeseburger (which was their daily special) and it was amazing. The grilled onions and cheese melted together nicely and made a unique taste. The service here is always great. There is plenty of staff and they all work to make you happy. I have never tried dinner but the menu has steaks and seafood and if it is anywhere near as good as he breakfast and lunch it would be worth checking out.

We went here and it was a pleasure. Everything was wonderful. You don't find very many country places like this anymore. The atmosphere, the service, and the food were all exceptional. We will be back.

First time visitors at this lovely restaurant and we were NOT disappointed! We walked in and were seated almost immediately. I noticed that all the waitresses were all very helpful and eager to help all the customers. The menu has something for everyone and the salad bar was very well stocked. I had the special of the day, the chili salmon & shrimp, and it was perfectly cooked! My wife had the chicken fried steak and it was amazing; the country gravy was perfect! We finished off the meal by sharing a slice of the peach pie and it was aaaamazing!!! Any time we are in the area, we will be coming back! Definitely recommend stopping in and trying them out if you never have.
