I found State Farm a user friendly web site to begin our application which quickly was transitioned to the local office of the State Farm agent Richard Munoz and his employee Courtney Hamilton . This office and Courtney assisted me in finalizing my application for a State Farm Auto and rental policy . Courtney my primary contact was excellent in helping me to sign up for the insurance limits I needed and assisted me in making sure I had a good insurance rate from a reputable company . I was able to get some discounts on my policy . All in all Richard Munoz State Farm agency is an ideal place to get a good auto and rental policy and to know you have a local on site insurance agent and staff close by in our area and a phone call away to assist you personally in whatever you need .

Writing this in reference to the great service from both Richard and Courtney Hamilton. Fantastic team to work with. I dropped my insurance a while back when I didn’t require a car anymore and even though I was leaving Richard was exceptionally helpful in assisting with questions and advising. When I purchased a new car I immediately wanted to go with Richard and have worked with Courtney significantly since then and both have been amazing. Top notch service from top notch people. We have added our home insurance and some personal items with them since as well.

I honestly never right reviews, but I wanted to take the time to express how wonderful working with Courtney at State Farm was. I was not happy with my current insurance company and when I called Courtney, she not only gave me the best advice, but she also took care of all of our insurance needs and did it with such a positive and extremely informative way. Even when I am not filing through State Farm (ex: car accident that was not my fault) Richard will call and email with extremely helpful advice, tips and tricks! He goes out of his way to respond timely and is very knowledgeable at what he does.

Although Richard Munoz had been above average in responsiveness in the prior years as my insurance agent, his dedication, perseverance and effectiveness came shining through when the Feb. 16, 2021 storm hit. The damage to my home and its contents was extensive, causing me to find shelter elsewhere for the 4 months it took to restore it. Throughout the challenge, Mr. Munoz could be found quickly and easily, with a sympathetic ear and and quick response, particularly in financial compensation for the damaged items needing replacements. And even when the claims wouldn't stop each time a new area of damage was found, he remained patient and caring, ensuring that his company responded to the limits of my coverage. So even though the competition is always knocking at my door offering products at most competitive pricing, the discounts offered simply cannot lure me away as surely, there can only be one Richard Munoz.

I switched my Insurance agent to Richard after having a less than stellar experience with another agent. At the same time, i was dealing with an accident....Richard has been amazing!!! He checked on me to be sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was taken care of by the repair shop. He was very responsive and involved with my repair, getting a rental and finalizing all of the details of the incident. Richard Munoz and his staff are the absolute best. After a recent hit & run accident, Richard was able to help my husband and I through the entire process of attempting to find and reach the culprit and his insurance company. And, when that was unsuccessful, he helped us through the process of getting our car inspected and covered through our non-insured/under-insured coverage we had. Thank goodness he had convinced us to carry this coverage on a vehicle we only were holding liability coverage. Had we not listened, we would have been out of luck.
