The Iron Plate Gym

I've been at this gym for about 1.5 weeks now, and it's been an incredible experience. Despite its smaller size, it never feels crowded. There's ample space for different training programs and a great variety of equipment. The owner, Jason, clearly chose quality over quantity when selecting the gear, and it shows. The atmosphere is super safe, and I would feel completely comfortable working out there late at night by myself. The gym is also very clean and everyone seems to do their part in keeping the equipment wiped and ready for use. Jason has been really approachable, patiently answering my questions about the equipment.

Best gym in Central Texas hands down, and I've trained at most of the so-called "Meccas" in the area.

Owners, staff and trainers are all nice and beyond helpful. I initially had issues checking in through the door, but the owners and staff went above and beyond to ensure we got it resolved, which we did promptly.

Equipment is in mint condition, plates/dumbbells are always racked and organized. Cable attachments are all great as well.

Bathrooms are pristine in cleanliness no matter if it's early in the morning or late at night. Free gym towels and barbasol disinfectant bottles for use, so you know the equipment is sterilized at all times.

Large chunk of the gym is Rogue equipment which is hands down some of the best in the industry.

There's something for everyone here, whether you're a body builder, powerlifter, an athlete, or whatever other goals you may have in mind for your fitness journey.

I've only been here 2 weeks but man what a blessing finding this place has been.

I just joined The Iron Plate 2.5 weeks ago and I immediately asked myself why I didn’t join sooner. I have considered joining in the past when I was in Cedar Park but I live closer now in Leander.

The new expanded hours from 4 AM to 12 AM is a game changer for me. Couple this with how clean and well maintained this gym is and it's as if the owners and staff have harnessed the power of mythical cleaning elves who work tirelessly to keep every inch of the gym spotless.

It's evident that the owners have poured their hearts and souls into crafting the perfect gym experience. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness they've put into every aspect of the gym is truly impressive. From the state-of-the-art equipment to the carefully curated workout spaces, you can feel the care and dedication oozing from every corner. And the moment I walked in for the first time, I was greeted by a neatly folded stack of clean towels! I’ve never had towel service at any gym I’ve been a member of since I moved to the Austin area 6 years ago.

I’ve never felt overwhelmed, the members have impeccable etiquette, and everyone I’ve been around has meant business and are focused on their work.

Finally, I no longer have to feel guilty about cutting evenings short with my family just to squeeze in a workout. Gone are the days of hurried goodbyes; now, I can focus on quality time with my loved ones and still manage to hit the gym before closing time....and if i'm up for it, long before the kiddos wake up. Thanks to the Iron Plate Training Ground, my fitness and family life are perfectly balanced.

Love this place! Jason is a great trainer and really knows how to run a gym. It’s always clean. Everything is organized and easy to find. Perfect selection of equipment to meet all your fitness goals. I’m happy to have found this gym and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym home.

I’ve worked out in a lot of different gyms over the years, and this is easily the best gym membership I’ve ever had. Pleasant and friendly staff, and the absolute best equipment to use. If you are looking to take your training more seriously than you can in a regular commercial gym, this is the place for you.

I've been going to this gym for quite a while for personal training mostly now. I know that if I just go to a gym I won't work out, I needed someone to really "kick my butt"! And that is exactly what I found in Jason! He is very friendly, makes it fun to workout also pushes me to do my best. The result have been great. Best shape I've ever been.
The gym is great. Excellent facility, very clean and has everything you need. The staff and other gym-goers are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!!

What can I say about this place to do it justice. The place is clean and has an inviting atmosphere. I have my 25 wedding anniversary trip in 5 months and hired Jason as my trainer. He’s been nothing short of amazing. He made me feel very comfortable and wasn’t judgemental at all on my current state. So far I’m loving the progress and I look forward to shopping for all new clothes. Highly recommend this gym and Jason if you’re looking for a great trainer.

The owner Jason is great, down to earth gym, nice expansion for more equipment and space. Clean complementary towels and bottles of water. The custom smoothie bar is great also and plenty of new clean equipment too 10/10

This is one of the cleanest and most well kept gyms I have ever been to. I dropped in for the weekend as was blown away at the set up of the gym as well as the state the gym was in. 5/5 is not enough. Will for sure be back.

Great gym! Exactly what I was looking for! All of the equipment is new, members clean up after themselves, staff is always friendly and accommodating, love the IR sauna. I was tired of big box gyms and so glad I found this one.

I've been training here for about a month and I can't say enough good things. Jason (owner) knew me by name within the first week, and he works tirelessly to ensure all members have everything they need to succeed. In addition to the literal playground of equipment, they have options for recovery and an infrared sauna. I wake up every morning motivated to get work done! A second home for me, indeed.

I love this gym! It’s always clean and the staff is great. They have all the machines you need for a great workout.

This place is Owesome, cleanliness is great , they provide towels spray bottle sanitizer, in bottles of water, where do you see that? don't take my words for it, go see it for your self. ❤❤❤
