Jim's Krispy Fried Chicken

I will say if you love chicken tenders this is the only place to get them, they fat, juicy and has great flavor. These beat what Bush's is putting out by a mile. Everyone working was very pleasant and helpful. I had a large order and they even help me carry out my food. I have eaten here a lot and plan on it more

I drove by the parking lot was full and the drive-through is stacked back five cars so I turned around and got some great fried chicken

Our 1st time trying Jim's Krispy Fried chicken. Between 11 family members we shared a 30 piece chicken tender family deal with family fries, okra, gravy & jalapenos. We were surprised tenders were so big, we had plenty left over, divided what was left, we got half & gave the other half to our daughter to take home. We all got full & it was really good. We will be going back next time we're in Waco. But will get a smaller family pack meal, lol.

Great chicken! Friendly staff, well most of them. They have fish also.

My lady cooks everything from scratch and doesn't like eating out. We had to spend the day in the Bellmead area though and needed to eat. The restaurant wasn't much to look at and there's no inside dining. The food though was amazing and my lady told me to give 5 stars! Everything was fresh, homemade, and at least as good as she makes. 😋

Thinking it was like back in the city.

Nah my boy. These are tenders so big and juicy and succulent that I wondered if it was the best boneless chicken breast made into a tender

I ate 5 and called it quits

Let alone the crinkle cut fries fries golden brown and the super fresh and tasty white peppered gravy.

I didn't make it to the roll that it came with.

Waited about 45 minutes to get a 30 piece tender family meal. This was my first time getting food from here and the wait time almost ruined it for me. That was until I got home and tried the chicken, hands down the best I've had in Waco. I'll definitely be going back, it's worth the wait.

My wife loves this place because of their fish fillets and shrimp, we usually get the family one with 8 fillets. Their fried chicken and tenders are also pretty good with very decent servings. The only downside is that you'll have to wait a little especially if it's during peak times, but we definitely find it worth it.

Jim's is a go-to of mine when it comes to chicken or catfish. I especially love the tenders. I swear they make each one out of a whole chicken breast! I can barely finish a 4 piece with fries. I highly recommend them.

For the pressing the food is very good the chicken was very big fries with golden and crispy will be definitely be eating here again 😋

This is the BEST chicken I have ever had! On the way home from a girl's trip to Austin we googled and found this place and stopped in. Needless to say every one of us was upset we didn't get more chicken to take home. The food is made to order so there is a bit of a wait but it is worth every minute!! I wish you all had a location in Dallas!!
