I wish it were possible to give this travesty ZERO stars. Was it a pay off? Or just sheer stupidity? Those are the only 2 reasons to grant a murder suspect's request to remove his electronic monitor. He was on bail for the Rage Murder of his girlfriend. He called 911 and confessed before FLEEING, the FIRST time. Then this...there are no words to describe the stupidity this so called judge showed.
She allowed the defendant to remove his electronic monitor. Her reasoning was, because it interfered with hiis pursuing employment. He robbed a woman of her right to LIVE! I do not give one iota if he could not work. She is dead and buried. Where, and when, will she be free to live? Judge Needles, can you answer that? WHEN WILL CATHERINE DYER BE FREED FROM HER GRAVE TO LIVE? LET ME ANSWER FOR YOU...NEVER!
As a woman who has fought for justice since 1985. The defendant in our fight, a Serial Killer, continues to destroy lives. While he fights his death sentence. The sentence he AGREED to. I FOUGHT tooth and nail to make certain he recieved TWO death sentences All to prevent his ability to fight. I was over ruled.
Everyone who loved the victims recieved a life sentence. We never get parole. We never get to be free. The day they died, a part of all of us was destroyed. We got a sentence we will never be free from . You have compounded that grief, and pain, by allowing this defendant to flee.
Personally, I believe until the day he is returned to face justice. YOUR FREEDOM should be taken away. You should wear an ankle monitor. You should be monitored 24/7/365. You OBVIOUSLY have zero ability to read defendants. You lost your ability to understand your job is to UPHOLD the law. You are a DANGER to everyone. And your lack of judgment has put everyone who comes in contact with this defendant in serious, life threatening, DANGER!
There is no law that will allow your freedom ro be taken. There should be, but there is not.
I will pray for all the victims lost, the loved ones who suffer, the future victims of this man. And I pray for a law to hold judges, and prosecutors responsible when they make unilateral decisions that affect every person alive who crosses a dangerous criminal YOU ALONE have allowed him to escape.
I did not mention his name. Because the day he stole an innocent victim's life. He was no longer a person. He is simply a defendant. Who must be tracked, and caught, to face trial for the murder he already CONFESSED TOO! I will make certain every human being I know learns your name, and what you have done. Not only to the victim's family, but every person who crosses his path.
