W Austin

Such a Great hotel to stay in. The W brand is just so captivating. They are going through a renovation right now so be mindful of the noise. Wish I would have known before hand. The staff are nice, very welcoming. The restaurant very quiet. food was excellent especially the burgers they are so delicious! The service is fantastic, great accommodating folks. security Danny is a super nice guy. very helpful. Recommended for us to check out the pool. Went out his way to take me and my wife on a tour of the spa fit area as well as the pool which glad he did because my wife absolutely enjoyed the pool. Showed us a lot of good places to visit in our stay here in Austin. Had various food spots around the city that did not disappoint. Danny is a life saver definitely knows the area well. It was a pleasure meeting him. I definitely will be going back to the W. Next time around. See you soon Austin.

Wow! Great hotel to stay in. The people are nice, & the ambience is great. I had got lost on my first day and was approached by the security guard that works there, Danny. Great guy & excellent customer service. He showed me around the place, the bar, the wet deck pool was a fun experience. Definitely will be going back next time around.

I had an amazing experience in Austin, and especially with the Valet team at the hotel.
My car was promptly and professionally taken care of by William. He was extremely friendly, and thoroughly explained to me how the facilities worked and walked me through the entire valet process for my vehicle, since it was my first time. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience, and definitely intend on coming back in the near future.

It is surprisingly quiet than I think (weekend). whole building with very solid construction.

Room is comfortable and clean. Design is modern. The smell of amenities is strange, like wood and musk.

The view and location is great. Front desk is very nice for accommodating late checkout.

They are under some renovation so some places are not accessible. The room doesn't look old at all, don't think the renovation is needed.

Price is high, probably only make sense for business travel. I guess the price might be even more pricier after the construction is done.

I normally come to the W for the pool, this time around I was struggling to get the umbrella open, when I see a gentleman in black who approached me to help me out. Said his name was Danny from security who was very helpful. He also recommended for me to bring my girlfriend to the spa which is very convenient that offers great service, which I will definitely do. I appreciate someone to go about their way to provide an excellent experience. They need more people like him.

Under renovation when I stayed so that wasn’t ideal but it never interfered with the service. The room was beautiful and clean with gorgeous views. I actually needed maintenance to fix something in the room- they showed up promptly and corrected the situation easily. I would absolutely recommend

Great experience. Comfortable rooms. Clean bathrooms. Fresh towels. In room dining was nice. But they were out of many things.
Morning breakfast was great. Very very filing.
Definitely will visit again.

Justin was extremely helpful while at our stay in Austin. He took care of our car and was super respectful. Overall such great customer service. Zak was able to give us tons of recommendations of things to do and places to eat! We look forward to visiting again

Visited the W last weekend and Justin took great care of me when valet parking my car. He was very attentive and knowledgeable and really made my experience at the W a great one. He gave my wife and I a great restaurant recommendation and was super cool. The room was clean and spacious and I will definitely visit again.

Hotel is really nice & very accommodating but the best part was the valet guy ched. Hands down one of the best employees in that whole place. He has a great personality and goes above and beyond for his job!! Shout out to him.

Was a nice hotel to stay at would wanna stay here again. I would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was great the over night valet to the service to the rooms just everything in general. My best experience was how nice your guys overnight valet Ched was. He was such an amazing valet made sure I had a good stay and he parked my car.

Excellent service from all the staff, close to everything and great views. Under construction currently but extremely excited for the renovations when I return!

Stayed here for a week and everyone was fantastic! The best employee was CHED he was my overnight valet and took care of my car very well. I have a nice car so I appreciate him treating it well.

First time in Austin,Texas I was very pleased with my stay 10/10 would recommend. Overall amazing staff & a wonderful location, but I personally want to thank Ched the valet; he is very great at doing his job he took care of the family & I, super sweet & friendly. If you ever check out this place trust me it’s excellent service, I recommend Ched!

Justin valet guy was awesome! He greeted me as soon as I pulled up. When it was time to leave he was already grabbing my keys to get the car so I wouldn’t need to wait in the cold. The other valet’s were also very nice while I was waiting.

Justin was the absolute best guy he had amazing Customer service and professionalism, my vehicle with care and a passion. Be sure to tip that guy as much as possible much love definitely going back because of his service alone.

Parked with valet this morning for a meeting downtown, Natalia was very kind and courteous and made me laugh after a tough day. They brougth my car up swiftly and were all very polite. Please give these people a raise!

I recently had the most extraordinary experience at the W Austin. From the sleek and stylish decor to the impeccable service, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail by the staff made me feel truly pampered. Thank you Tee for all your help.

Great hotel in a really good location in downtown Austin. Every staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Suzanne. They are under renovation but it does not affect the quality of service at all. I definitely will return on my next trip to Austin.

Austin has really nice bar from what I heard. It's really artistic. I believe anybody can pay to go see the bar. Off topic but I hated working under Marriott umbrella. You have to book under as Marriott member to get a good room, I hated it Marriott will bump nonmembers out of the hotel. Trying to be W hotel and aloft hotel under the Marriott umbrella is actually really annoying W hotel is opposite to Marriott's lifestyle. Starwood hotels was more modern and diverse Bad ceo under racist Marriott company. So many people have worked for Starwood legacy hate Marriott lifestyle.
