I love Lake Hills they go above and beyond for everyone. I work with a local Ophthalmologist office and LH helps us with a lot of surgery patients that are needing post op drops which makes the process for their prescriptions so much more easier vs. dealing with chain pharmacies that don't help the patients with coverage or price. I also use them for my personal RX and love the fact they are so quick and accommodating. Shami and Bristelle , are wonderful to work with and everyone else that I've come in contact with at the pharmacy are always friendly. If you're in the Bee Cave area or have doctors appointments out this way I would definitely go to them they will always take great care of you !

Lake Hills Pharmacy provides excellent and friendly customer service and prompt filling of medications. I’ve been so pleased with their staff since I started using them. Everyone is polite and they even called me with a pre-recorded birthday message. This pharmacy has my medication in stock when other pharmacies have no timeline to be able to receive or dispense the prescription. Lake Hills’ mailing service is great and economical if you aren’t super close (I’m on the other side of the city). Greatly appreciate my prescriber recommending this pharmacy. Thanks to the staff for always being so friendly and polite.

My mom needed a portable, bedside potty (immediately!). I called Lakehills (who fills/delivers her rx's) and YES!! Not only did they have one, they promptly delivered it the next day. Great, friendly service along with fair prices. Thank all of their team for helping us during a stressful time with true customer-centered care.

I have been to many compounding/wellness pharmacies in Austin, recently I have discovered Lake Hills Pharmacy on Bee Cave Road. The customer service and staff are wonderful. The prices are better than most of their competitors. When I arrived there I met their wellness director Radhia. I was amazed at her gentleness and knowledge. I came in with some health challenges and she was so kind and had a fantastic grasp of just what I needed. She spent time helping me resolve my issues. She was patient and gave me way more than I would expect from a practitioner of her caliber. I felt much better in just a few days after taking her recommendations. I sensed that she genuinely cared about me. And I was duly impressed by her knowledge, candor and professionalism.  Thanks Radhia and the staff at Lake Hills Pharmacy. You will always be my treasured place to go for my wellness needs.

Such a beautiful location, extremely clean and organized with the most amazing staff! Robert in the compound department is Amazing and so helpful (they all are so helpful and kind). I 100% recommend Lake Hills Pharmacy to anyone who needs compounds or even just a great pharmacy! They offer easy shipping to your door and are amazing with communication! Love this place!

Can't recommend this pharmacy enough. Their customer service is what does it for me. I call and within a minute, I am talking with a human! They are helpful with payments and mailing meds. All around amazing people, structure, and they really care.

Lake Hills Pharmacy is my favorite local pharmacy. They are so helpful for us. They have a great staff! And their nutritionists are super smart about supplements. We love Lake Hills!

I've been using Lake Hills Pharmacy for all my supplement and prescription needs for several years and have always been more than pleased with the friendly and helpful service. Their curbside service throughout this pandemic has been truly amazing--I call my order in and they drop it in an outside box once I arrive. Easy, no-hassle, no-touch service. It was during one of my phone calls to resupply that I was visiting with Radhia about a current issue I had been dealing with for several months. She asked me a few more details and recommended some changes/additions to my supplements, advised me on how to take them, told me it may take awhile to resolve but to be patient. Within a couple weeks I noticed a difference and I continue to improve each day. I was under a doctor's care but with Radhia's help my health has greatly improved. I can't stress enough how helpful and knowledgeable everyone at Lake Hills Pharmacy are. And Radhia is amazing!

I live in Fort Worth, but have phone consultations, and even private consultations on Zoom, with Radhia all the time. She always makes time for me; her service and expertise has been invaluable! Her product knowledge is amazing and her recommendations have proved to be spot on. Over the years, she has worked with me on pain management, sleep issues, bone density, digestive issues, hair loss, and my overall nutritional needs, as well as making recommendations for my boyfriend in an effort to help get him off some of his prescription medications. She's even helped with my pets. The pharmacy makes my bio-identical hormones. Jobby and the other pharmacists have extremely helpful in consulting with my doctor on rectifying my hormonal imbalance. Radia…. I can’t say enough amazing things about her! Every single time I’ve needed assistance, she is not only there to investigate but she has really helped me oh so much. When I had COVID this year, I had some issues that my primary doctor just couldn’t and want willing to navigate. Radia called me and was very professional and verbose about how we would investigate the issues and she would try to help as much as she could. Well, she did help. She helped so much that I had better blood panel numbers than before COVID. And…. She was grey about follow up. I always appreciate follow you from people I reach out for care help!
She is also very clear that she is assisting and makes sure I discuss with my doctor about these things. I will forever call her for advice!

The pharmacy, is incredibly knowledgeable about prescriptions and I always feel like family when I’m there. Even if it’s been a year and they don’t know who I am. The whole place shows appreciation for their clients!

I am so grateful to work with Radhia during the process of making changes in my life. Radhia was professional, kind and informative. Her expertise, personal attention and support was critical to ensure my optimal health. I know that if I have issues or questions re my health in the future Radhia will be the person I can count on for guidance and answers.

So there are closer compounding places to me than this one, but I started going there because they had great prices on pharmaceutical vitamins. I stayed there because of Radhia. She is there to greet you right when you walk in and has helped me so much to find the vitamins I needed for all phases of my life, trying to get pregnant, pregnant, breast-feeding, then no sleep, lol. I love the interesting facts she types up for us to take too. She recently also helped a friend of mine get some good basic items for what she needed. So she makes it worth the drive for me and now I get my compounding done there. Thanks Radhia for all your help over the years!!!

I am so grateful for the knowledgeable staff at Lake Hills Pharmacy! Our dog was in a terrible accident and had to have a hind leg removed and the other hip screwed and plated back together. Radhia at Lake Hills immediately knew what kind of vitamins and minerals would be best to help his bones and cartilage heal thoroughly and quickly. 6 weeks later and he is doing great! Thank you, Radhia for being so kind, helpful and smart about healing loved members of our family!

My spouse has been visiting here for ages, but my first visit was for my booster shot. What a shame for me. These folk were the most attentive I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy. So very friendly, completely transparent, accommodating, etc. I’ll not only stop rolling my eyes at my spouse’s purchases here but add to them. A gem within Bee Cave.

My pediatrician recommended this spot. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They will deliver within 7(?) miles if you need although I've never used the service but it's good to know if I'm stuck home with a sick child it's an option. Prices are typically in line with competitors and I would highly recommend this spot if you're in the area. I can tell the pharmacist is invested in the customers well being which is a great feeling.

Lake Hills Pharmacy has knowledgeable staff that can help you remedy issues. I experienced this myself over the past few weeks with some gut issues. I was told my issues would resolve before Christmas and they did. This was the best gift I received this year! Thank you, Radhia!

Staff is consistently kind, patient, helpful, considerate and just super sweet !! I wish all of the nursing homes / assisted living facilities used this pharmacy for our patient’s needs ! This is THE BEST place! Rhadia is alway incredibly helpful, full of knowledge and wisdom, but especially during this time--her help is invaluable!!! After a positive covid-19 diagnosis, my doctor (and the testing facility's doctor) told me to go home and wait for it to get better. My husband went in to Lake Hills Pharmacy anxious to find some way to help me fight the illness. Rhadia set him up with a "Covid-Cocktail" of nutritional supplements and I was on the mend just one day later! She was comforting, knowledgeable, and kind to us...and made all the difference for this family!!! Thanks Rhadia & Lake Hills Pharmacy!!!
